Personality:Sarcastic,Charismatic,Kind of a loner.
He was Born in Rivet City and spent most of his childhood trying to figure out how people work, and loved tinkering with his fathers weapons. He learned at around 10 how to try and manipulate people to help him with his words. He abused his way of manipulation a lot to get discounts or to get things for free. He learned it from hearing people bargain for deals from his father but then, his father would make a good reason why it's actually worth more, thus getting him more caps.
At around age 12 he stopped doing this because he didn't feel like what he was doing was good, it felt like he was lying to get free things and discounts. He started focusing on how to survive in the waste. He started getting lessons from his father, who helped guards by building them weapons from old parts. So he learned a lot but was mostly interested in attacking from a farther range.
He left Rivet city and made a journey to find weapons that he can try constructing on his own at the age of 14, accompanied with an older friend his named Carl. Carl is 4 years older than Aleks and they met when Aleks was 6. Carl always was naturally good at using weapons so he decided to help Aleks out. They journeyed and found tons of weapons, not caring what they were and headed back. They searched mostly only in the southwestern part of the capital wasteland. They didn't want to be caught Ina very far unfamiliar territory. They only fought 2 groups of Raiders but they were made up of 2 people only.
On the journey back though, they were attacked by a large group of Raiders, Aleks was told by Carl to run away while he handles them. Aleks ran while Carl killed a good amount of them but then, he heard Carl scream from pain and ran faster, away from the area. He had only brung a few weapons back, and told news of Carl's death. He decided to stop what he wanted to do for a while, sad that Carl dies, and angry at himself for being useless. At 16 he decided to finally look through the things he had gotten those 2 years ago and starting working on trying to create them from reverse engineering. He didn't want Carl to die for no reason.
He figured out how to make many weapons and supplies new ones to the guards of Rivet City, and created weapons for himself. He practiced many weapons to try and figure out what he's good at. He discovered he was not great at close range so he got what he could to be close. Deciding on a laser pistol. Then he decided on good distance weapons. He finally settled on a sniper rifle. He built it in better shape with different things he found. He built the sniper with a hunting rifle but changed it up quite a bit to fire more accurately, especially with a scope hat he found.
He then decided to go and learn from his father about trying to stay stealthy. His father recommended on staying light and keep at a distance and use the sniper he has. Aleks then told him the sniper was pretty loud.
His father then taught him about suppressor a on snipers to keep it very quiet. So he learned of it and keeps that on his sniper rifle at all times.his father then told him that he got it when Aleks wasn't born yet, from a man that lived in the west. Aleks then ventured out to find towns where he could using all he has learned in life, so he could survive the wasteland.
Instead of fighting he usually tries to hide and fight from a distance, if that doesn't work he usually surrenders and gives things up to survive. He just decided at first to only go out for resources and be able to invent something one day.he later decided to go out more so he could see the world and find better settlements with more people so he could learn more.
At the age of 23,he went and explored a lot of the capital and even gone farther north. He is now in New Jersey, and he still wants to travel farther north to explore more of the wasteland.
