Kenyan Mills warn in Novac, 2251. His mother taught him to use a shotgun when he was 8. His family tried to move to the Capital Wasteland when he was 15, but they got caught in the crossfire of a Legion raid. When the dust cleared they along with the survivors were taken in as slaves. While in captivity he bonded with a fellow slave named Carla.
While they were being transported they were freed by luck. Pure dumb luck. A Deathclaw attacked their captors, killing them and subsequently bleeding out. One of the slaves tore off its hand and freed them. Kenyan and Carla got married, adopted a male kid and named him Eliah one thing led to another and they decided to live in Novac.
On their way they went through a canyon where they were ambushed by Raiders mistaking them for a Trade Caravan. They killed their brahimin which fell upon their son. Carla took two shots to the back and Kenyan a shot through the neck. An NCR Ranger saw the scuffle and assisted, killing the Raiders where they stood. Carla bled out and Kenyan was left with ruptured vocal cords. Kenyan joined the NCR and became a Ranger, participating in the Battle of Hoover Dam. He now wanderers the Mojave with a big iron on his hip.
