He was born in 2044 in Ellicott City, Maryland to Lilianna and George Washington. He is not at all related to George Washington from 1732-1799. Argo grew up with a fairly rich family. They always had everything they needed and his parents taught him to help the ones in need. From just a young boy he was always very kind. He made many friends growing up and his family always were sure to spend plenty of time with him.
When he was 18 his parents were killed at the start of the nuclear war. From that day he decided to join the military and help his country. He donated most of his parents money to help create the vaults. He figured he would not live through the war, but kept a small bit of money for himself just in case.
Near the end of the war he was in a severe nuclear bomb dropping, but instead of it killing him he became very irradiated and turned into a ghoul. At first he had no impulse control and would attack anyone or anything that got in his way. One night he assisted in an attack on vault 192. He nearly killed a young couple until he found out the woman was pregnant. He couldn't go through with the attack and helped the couple escape. Together him and the couple created a new town called Mallsterdam and a group called the Apostles of Survival. Little Eris was born three weeks early, but thanks to the help of Argo she survived and he instantly fell in love with her. He has been like a grandfather to her ever since.
