The year is 3005 the criminal element of the city of San Draben a new type of criminal has evolved, bringing a new and deadly edge to the game of law enforcement, Cybernetic enhancements. These present a clear and present danger to law enforcement and the government. In fear a new set of laws have been released, all citzens seen with any implants are to be exiled to the barrens or killed on site. Some left peacefully and some were forced out, but after realizing their situation was far more dire than originally thought and the need for basic human resources soon brought on a rebellion. The "Cybers" as they are known began sneaking into the cities, using anything from guerilla tactics to full out assaults they began fighting their way back into the city. In response the government began prototyping and eventually becoming proficient at making EMP based weapons to combat the implants.
3025: The Cybers and the humans have been fighting for 20 years and neither side have made any real progress, the once thriving city, is bleeding to death. And rumors have begun circulating of a potential EMP bomb, to wipe out the cybers once and for all. It is obvious that neither side is willing to give in, so a race to beat the clock is on, to win the war before time runs out.

I would love Scenario 4 and 3 mixed. Deus Ex Human Revolution style. A good way to mix these would be simply have a war between cyborgs and humans, as humans think their unnatural or whatever, but have the cyborgs as the minority. That way it's both option 4, a war, and option 3, cyborg minority against human majority.

I have come up with ways to combine any of them so if 3 and 4 get it, I can do that. I'll be able to come up with a name and such as well after this is all done, I gave it 2 days for people who might be interested to join and vote.

Build/ appearance: A thin man by most accounts, but his legs add a significant amount of weight, along with the grafted on hand sniper, he is perfect for spec ops, and sniping
Side: Cyber
Implants: Cybernetic legs, allowing him to run twice the speed of an average man at medium speed, max speed has never been used since it is unknown the safety at the speed. Cybernetic eye which acts as a zoom as well as a crosshair for his gun. His right arm conceals a compact sniper rifle capable of picking off a target up to a quarter mile away, however past that it is nearly useless.
Other Equipment: 2 tactical flashbang grenades, a flare gun,2 smoke grenades and 3 clips of ammo for his gun.
Background: Born 5 years after the initial conflict and paralyzed from the waist down, he was installed with his leg implants at the age of 3, his parents left in order to give him a life worth living, his parents remained outside the city until they died in the war when he was 8. After his parents death he grew an immense hatred for those living inside the city, he trained hard to become a soldier and was noticed quickly as an incredibly good shot, when asked if he would like to try new enhancements for his aim, he wasted no time in accepting the request.
At the age of 16 he had his legs upgraded as well as his rifle, making the rifle compact and the legs more lifelike. He became a pseudo celebrity after a battle at the age of 17 when he helped a pinned down squad out of the middle of the city after killing 26 men on the other side, including 5 snipers, and losing his right eye from a counter sniper. He has proven his skills and though he is young his aspirations have never become any less than the orphan child he was.

I'd have to ask you to restrict your cyber enhancements as anything more that 3 typically begins destroying the body, and if you're running some other sect I'd ask you to pm me the details so I know what to expect. Also I need to know what all the enhancements do.

Side: Not completely loyal, however she associates herself with the cyborgs. Believes the war is stupid. Works for several other organisations if paid, for several different purposes.
Implants:
Cerebral - Reflex booster, allowing her to fly better. Also increases her situational awareness slightly. Which basically acts as an in-built radio with visuals.
Eyes: Both of Malik's eyes are replaced, allowing her to see a sort of 'heads up display'. This allows her to see the status of her VTOL, VTOL fuel, ammo, etc.
Equipment: Orange and grey jumpsuit with black highlights, VTOL (Sort of like a compact Osprey, which is a mixture of a plane and a helicopter. It's practically a helicopter that can shift it's rotors to act like a plane), pistol, ammo, pilot's licence. (Leaving the pistol unnamed FOR NOW because I don't know what kind of guns are around. Assume M1911 if weapons haven't evolved.)
The VTOL itself is rather standard, however is weaponised. It has regular things such as a radar, and is all and all pretty basic. The weapons do make up for this, however, (WIP Because not sure what kind of weapons there are)

If this is still up, i may be interested in joining. The idea of making a living weapon excites me. xD
Although if this isn't sci-fi, i'm afraid ill be dissapointed.
Also, erm, i have a few problems with the idea of an EMP bomb, as the government would probably not be willing to sacrifice the use of all their technology simply to end cybernetics.

Build/ appearance: Jasper's a bit of an older man, with a receding, graying head of hair and some wrinkles starting to show in his face. He cuts a distinguished, almost aloof figure with long hair often pulled back to frame a strong jaw, an aquiline nose, and sea-green eyes. He tends to favor heavier coats, often a long tan one over a well-tailored suit or at the least business casual attire, in order to appear presentable, prepared for the elements, and to conceal his implants.
Side: Jasper has thrown his support (primarily financial) more or less behind the cybers, but possesses a general disdain for the guerrilla tactics they favor.
Implants: Jasper's implants are fairly subtle, or at least easily concealed. One is an experimental augmented reality implant, essentially just a chip in his brain which projects a heads-up display of sorts across his field of vision (monitoring heart rate, subdermal armor integrity, generating a reticle for weapons at hand, and displaying the trajectory of any rounds fired where enough information can be gathered) and has shown a marginal positive effect on his reaction time. Another such implant is subdermal armor beneath the skin of his torso and arms, basically a form of protection against blades, bludgeons, and lower-caliber bullets designed more to prevent glancing blows from doing too much damage than to stop impacts outright. He also possesses a pair of small sensors in his left palm; these interface directly with his augmented reality implant in order to recognize that there's a gun in his hand.
Equipment: Jasper has recently taken to carrying a pistol at the small of his back, concealed by whatever coat he happens to be wearing.
