Since HIWYI (Home Is Where Your Work Is) didn't lead in the direction I was hoping for, I thought about making a thread solely based around the coup of Vault 115. I thought a good name for the thread would be "The Russian Revolution", due to Endicott's Russian ancestry and due to irony of it (since Endicott is a capitalist and nationalist, and the real Russian Revolution was brought about by communists).
Any participants would need an East Coast character in D.C. who's willing to participate in the takeover (in return for some caps). Endicott himself has been asking in every major town in the area for months, so it'd be pretty hard not to have heard of his proposal if you have a char in D.C.
The Thread itself would involve whomever wishes to work with Endicott meeting with him, planning the break-in with him and then fighting their way through the Vault so that Endicott could reclaim power in the vault and bring about the death of the Totalitarian Communist leader and her men.
