He retired from the NCR after meeting his wife Rebecca, and is intent on starting a family and setting down. But he has a wild streak and often heads to NV to gamble and raise a little hell. Phil was born in Northern New Mexico. His father was a retired 4 States Texas Ranger, and his mother was a half Navajo native American. The family were caravaners who traveled between the 4 States and the South West. When Phil was 16, his parents were killed in a raid by with Caesar's tribals. He survived by running. He swore revenge and joined the NCR. His cold heart and desire for revenge lit a fire under his ass, and he devoted his early manhood to becomming the best soldier he could be. He became a ranger by 22, and saw a lot of action in battled with the Legion. He met his wife in NV, she was a prostitute that he visited. What transpired between them was a lot like the movie True Romance, with the exception that the pimp who "owned' Rebecca gave he up without a fight once he realized that Phil was pointing a .44 Magnum in his face. And so they were married. Shortly after, Phil retired and bought a small ranch near Goodsprings from an old man who couldn't take care of his animals anymore. Phila nd Rebecca now look after the old man, who is current yon his way out. They even change his diapers.

Alright then. Let's get started.
- Please change you character's picture to one that better reflects and image of a fictional character.
- Boxing isn't really a thing anymore in the Wasteland. There is no organized boxing. ( With the exception of New Reno. ) There really are next to no sports besides hunting and blood sport anymore. Hand-to-hand combat is still common, but usually without boxing gloves in favor of something much more lethal. ( Like bare knuckle, spiked knuckles, brass knuckles, power fists, ect. )
- Please change your character's Sexual Preference ( Heterosexual, Homosexual, Pansexual, ect. ) and his Relationship Status ( Single, In a Relationship, Widowed, ect. )
- Four State Texas Rangers aren't really a thing in Fallout. All the Texas Rangers and similar groups from the Old World ( most of who were obliterated or died of radiation over two centuries ago... ) became the elite Desert Rangers, who only just recently merged with the NCR. His father could have been a Desert Ranger or NCR Ranger.
- How did his native-american descended mother get her heritage? Did her tribe hide in caves during the nuclear holocaust long ago? Did they leave as soon as possible, or live in whatever shelter they found from the Great War. Just some more information on that would be sufficient.
- True Romance isn't a thing in Fallout, and chances are many members won't know what your talking about. Just describe their meeting / relationship as best you can without using comparisons.
Please make these few changes, and then we'll continue. : )

I'm giving this a week to get a response if it's a WIP or not. I'd like a response here from you 44, or a PM telling me your still working on it or I'll move this to the character graveyard and you can PM a member of staff when you want to work on it some more.
