I thought about this for a while, but never really got round to saying anything (it's quite a shame Miami doesn't show up here anymore, because I know he'd be interested). If you don't know what Hotline Miami is, google is your friend, but it's a retro-style albeit pretty damn good video game based around a character called Jacket (by the fans), whom begins receiving mysterious phone calls that seem to indicate to him to go to various locations and kill large numbers of Russian gangsters.
Anyway, the RP would most likely be either based before Jacket and Helmet's story or after it, and of course there are a variety of roles to be played, whether that's one of the people who receive the phone calls and go insane, a Russian gangster, a cop/detective, a member of the 50 Blessings (google that for more info), or a random character (much like the character Beard from the game, or even Bum).
As for the setting, it could still be in Miami or another city if necessary. The date depends on what people want, a continuation of the story or something set prior to it.
I don't expect much interest due to concept, or many (if any) replies, but I just wanted to know what people thought.
