Imperial Occupied Marchlands

The 'Imperial Occupied Marchlands' is a small region located south of Cyrodiil's Skingrad county and north of the Dominion city of Arenthia in Valenwood. The Khajiiti settlement of Ebon Ro and its neighbouring Imperial-dominated township of Verkarth Hills were occupied by Imperial forces in the closing years of the Great War. Imperial control of the region was maintained in the White-Gold Concordat, and it sees a heavy build up of Legion forces.
