Star Wars Character Submission Form

Name: What is your name? We ask that you use Species appropriate naming conventions, and names that sound "Star Warsy". I suggest you read the wikia articles for your species to get an understanding of all these basics.

Nicknames/Aliases: Any notable nicknames, titles, aliases?

Species: What species are you? Refer to the Star Wars Wikia page on Sentient Species. We reserve the right to reject any species on a case-by-case basis or ask that a character's race be changed based on rarity/outstanding abilities at any time, for a current list of Prohibited and Restricted Races see the relevant guide.

Gender: Male, Female, Hermaphroditic (are they particularly masculine or feminine?) or something else Species Dependant.

Age: How old is your character? Use Galactic Standard Years (368 days, 24 standard hours each).

Homeworld: What planet was your character born on?





Height: Your height, again keep it race appropriate.

Weight: Your weight, again keep it race appropriate.

Eye Color: Your character probably has eyes. What color are they?

Hair Style: How long is your character's hair? How do they usually wear it?

Hair Color: Your character probably has hair, too, but they might not.

Facial Hair: Does your character have facial hair? Most races have some sort of facial hair.

Skin Color: What is your character's skin colour, this is quite important as some subspecies of aliens are largely (morphologically) differentiated by their skin colour.

Build: Is your character thin and lanky, muscular and well-built, or overweight?

Distinguishing Features: Almost all races have some distinguishing features, but unless you stand out particularly from the norm of your species, you don't need to include those in here. Include just the things that distinguish you amongst your own race, not the galactic community. Cybernetic enhancements should be described here, too.

Apparel: What does your character usually wear? Try to keep it race and profession appropriate. Armour should be placed here, alongside casual clothing (if any).

Weaponry: What weapons does your character usually carry and use? Keep in mind this should be profession and status appropriate. Spacers should not be carrying lightsabers, only Jedi and Sith construct those. In the case of Lightsabers, if your character does have one we expect you to explain in detail how they found one, or in the case of most Jedi/Sith how they made one.

Equipment: Does your character carry anything else on their person regularly? Such as a rocketpack, or some visual enhancer.



Profession: What is your job, your career. Bounty Hunter, Smuggler, Pilot, Jedi, Sith - all of these things go in here. If you have a specific title system in that job, include your title in here too.

Skills: What are your characters skills. Anything they are naturally talented in, or have picked up without (much) training, is a skill. Such things would be Computer Slicing or Parkour.

Force-Sensitive: Is your character Force-Sensitive, these individuals can feel the Force around them and sometimes use it to effect their surroundings. This does not mean you are a trained User, that part of the form comes later. (If the answer to this is no, please delete the later Force Sensitivity section.)

Training: Training is something a character undergoes, usually in combat skills or fighter piloting. This is not limited to combat, however, as to be a banker you need to be trained to be one!

Vehicle: Does your character possess any atmospheric vehicles, like a speederbike or an airspeeder?

Starship: Does your character possess something capable of spaceflight, like a starfighter or freighter? We ask that any characters with an owned Starship large enough to carry more than two people (larger than a standard starfighter) make a submission for that ship in the appropriate section with the appropriate form.

Other Possessions: Does your character have any other possesions? These could be anything from a footlocker of goods, a travel sack of food right up to apartments in Coruscant or a Space Station. We do ask though that the more grandious the possession, the more detail is put into this section and how they aquired it in their history.

Companions: Does your character have any companions? An apprentice or a padawan, a friend or a work colleague, a lover or a Kath Hound? Include their name, what they do, what they are and don't forget to mention them plenty in your history,



Factional Affiliation: Does your character hold any affiliation to any of the established factions in the galaxy?

Rank: It also wouldn't hurt to include their rank in said faction, if applicable.

Sexual Preference: What is your characters sexual preference? Are they only interested in the same species, multiple species, or one or two in particular.

Relationship Status: Is your character in a romantic relationship with anyone? Or are they just married to their starship?

Personality: We would like a brief summary of your characters personality, one or two paragraphs would suffice but it's good to explain what they tend to act like/why/to whom. Just so we can get that added third dimensionality to your character. 2D is so 30 years ago.

Force Archetype: What is your Force Archetype, you can see an Archetype breakdown in the Jedi and Sith breakdowns. Note: This is not only for Jedi/Sith, every Force User would fall roughly into one of these categories, but be aware making a force user outside of the standard deviations will be a bit more complex of a process and receive additional scrutiny.

Powers Known/Level of Mastery: What powers do you know, and what level of mastery is that power? Use the same Jedi and Sith guides above for a list, and use a combination of force powers appropriate to your Force Archetype as explained in the Force Restrictions guide that explains your Archetype. For example:

Adept = Force Heal, Force Body, Chain Lightning.
Apprentice = Force Flash.

Lightsaber Forms Known/Level of Mastery: Similar to Force Powers, Lightsaber Forms have been restricted. For a list of Forms, use the same Jedi and Sith guides as above. Please display your forms followed by your level of mastery (roughly your skill in that form) and stick to the restrictions laid out in the guide that explains your Force Archetype. If you do not use a lightsaber, leave this section blank. An example would be:

Adept = Makashi.
Apprentice = Shii-cho.
