That's the League!
The League of Underprivileged Gentlemen is a secret society founded and run by the infamous, hardly-ever-seen individual known as The Gent, who was rumored to have serious connections to the White Glove Society of the Strip.
Their purpose is unknown, even by most of their members. All they know are the speeches and promises made by The Gent of a Better Life. What they do, is scavenge, rob and steal. They take everything of worth to keep or sell. Every now and then, a wild eyed man would dart into Mick & Ralph's, or the Westside Co-op with shaky hands full of caps, they would mumble purchase a weapon, or some ammo.
This is very well controlled however, and no-one has yet made a connection to the random purchases. What other operations they keep in action are secret programs to help those down on their luck. Mysterious deposits of food or medicine appear in back alley's when people need them the most. Homeless people who have OD'd, or have been horribly injured are found at the Old Mormon Fort at midnight. People that harass Hobo's disappear suddenly.
One of the many strange rumors is that the Scorpions gang of Westside has made an easy alliance with an unknown accomplice, and they plan on overthrowing House and his Families in a mighty coup attempt.
