I was just wondering how character development works here on the Nexus (if it does at all). Say over the course of an RP if events occur that you think warrant a change in a character's personality, world views, and even just appearance, are we allowed to change that in the character sheet as we go along?

Of course you are! Most people don't they tend to just keep it in their noggin' and have that affect future RPs they're in. But if you do want to, you can edit parts of your sheet at will (just leave a note at the bottom, or reply to the sheet, saying what's been changed. Some people have included a 'recent events' section at the very bottom detailing what has happened to their character and what has changed, I quite like that idea. And would recommend you use that.
