Hey guys, I was thinking of trying my hand at another freeform.
Anyone remember the Bioshock games? Not that Infinite crap (my own opinion) but the other two. The ones based in the city of Rapture.
I had the idea of an RP, playing as a group of citizens during the whole 'Fall of Rapture' thing, trying to survive and fend of the growing number of Splicers and Anarchists, plus the occasional Big Daddy.
So far I'm just checking to see if anyone's interested, and will write a proper OOC thread if it gets enough people (I'm thinking around 4). So far the only rules I can think of are the obvious - No Mary Sue, No Big Daddies and Not too many Plasmids. I may allow a Little Sister, but only if there are enough people and If the Little Sister is detailed.
I think that's about all for now, so if anyone likes the idea, just say below.

Also interested. And, by the way, even if you dislike Bioshock Infinite, I would suggest you watch a playthrough of the dlcs Burial at Sea 1 & 2. It's set during the fall of Rapture, though parts of it may be hard to understand without having played Infinite.

I suggest watch not so you'd know the plot but so that you can see how Rapture looks prior and during the fall. The beginning portion before everything hits the fan is a great view of how normal Rapture-life would be like. There's also a zone that's a child daycare center (where "lions" learn how to use crossbows against "mice"), it might be of use to anyone who wants to create a Little Sister char.

I never played infinite either, simply because it drifted away from Rapture and had a (what I consider) sub-par plot compared to 1 and 2. I'm going to look up Rapture before and after though...
One question I had: who's side are we on? Are we all going to be against the anarchists or will we get to pick a side in the end?

So, maybe just a group of survivors trying to make it to the surface now that everything's gone to hell?
I like that.
By the way, on thinking about it, I think I'll play as a Little Sister whose Big Daddy has died.
Edit: Or maybe a character who has a Little Sister as a companion - sort of taking over the slot that the Big Daddy used to have.

Before i create a new thread, i have a question. When would you like the RP to be based?
New Years Eve, before Burial at Sea. Where shit hit the fan and Atlas began attacking key points in Rapture and the Splicer problem began to become dangerous.
Or The Fall of Rapture, when Ryan and Atlas were at full-scale war, Splicers were out of control and normal life in Rapture was over. This is directly before the events of the first game.
You're call guys.

P.P.S And a reminder, unless we get one more person, no Little Sisters.
