Though I'm gonna have to say that the project ares, as well made as I remember the mod was (some youtube guy used it in a mod review I saw), it doesn't really fit with the canon we use for the site, so unfortunately you wont be able to use it here. Sorry for that.

Welcome to the Nexus.

The chatbox on the left is a great way to talk to other members, and PMing a staff member is advised for any serious inquires. The Guides will show the rules we use, and the Fallout canon here. After you've read them over, just submit a character in the Fallout section. There is a template to use in the Fallout Character Submission section. After two staff members approved the character, you can go crazy in the wastes.

On a side note, you can always make a freeform rp with whatever rules or canon you want, but it will only effect that RP, and wont be part of the regular site Fallout canon/events.
