History
Ace was born in Earth and was joined the UNSC at a young age. He first enlisted as an ODST and stayed as one for a few years as a demolitions expert. As an ODST, Ace never fought Covenant forces. Instead he fought Insurrectionist. Ace has seen Spartan IVs in bases he patrolled from time to time, but he's never seen them in action. Curious about how the Spartans work, Ace wished to become one. He would start by enhancing his skills to the point that officers would notice.
Ace was eventually picked for the Spartan IV program, but it was the last batch of them. After completing his augmentations and started his training, Ace's skills would advance to a new level. Ace was quick and quiet on his feet and seemed to favor explosive weaponry. This is probably due to him being a demolitions expert. Ace has also been noticed to be much better than most Spartans when it comes to knives. After getting his official armor, he was switched from being a demolitions expert to a recon soldier.
The last batch of Spartans were separated into firefight teams of three. Ace's team was sent into a planet with a platoon of marines to investigate. The Storm Covenant were the first Covenant forces Ace has encountered. He surprised the marines and his Spartan teammates during the first firefight. Ace would then get orders from his higher ups to push the Covenant forces back.
A month was spent in the planet. The UNSC was advancing towards the Sanghelli general of the forces. Ace was sent alone to take out the general. The UNSC didn't want a lot of casualties to push their enemies back. Ace was a good option to use when it came to an assassination mission. After a successful mission, Ace was caught and had to fend for himself. An evacuation was promised, but it would take some time. Ace spent minutes defending his position by using both his and Covenant gear. Eventually warhogs would show up and cause the Covenant to retreat from the planet.
Ace would then be sent to his hometown and get a promotion. He was given an A.I. named Wyatt who would allow Ace to unlock new abilities with his armor. The main ability was for Ace to lock his armor. Once the arrival of the Spartan V's came into the UNSC, Ace tries became a soldier the new generation would look up to.
