Description: The UNSC Harsh Winter is a Destroyer, which serves as the MCC for many teams, such as SPARTAN-V Fireteam Winter, and special ODST Bravo Team. It houses one hundred War Games simulators, which operate based on whether the user is a SPARTAN, ODST or Marine. Even non-combatants are allowed to use them, and they even compete against SPARTANS. There are also areas where people can practise religions, and even gardens to maintain for both hobby and remedial purposes. Currently, it is in orbit of Reach, where Team Winter has gotten information on a group of ONI insurgents – the entirety of members on the ship want their chance to take them down, it is just a matter of waiting until it is time to strike.
Each person aboard has their own personal quarters, and each team their respective locker-room. The mechanic bay is quite large, as is the medical bay. The surrounding UNSC units dock in Harsh Winter and stay a few hours before they are ready to set off again. Recently attached Bravo Team seems to have settled in well. While Commander Sicarius is unsure of their next assignment, he will make sure to see them himself, as soon as he can.
