Assigned A.I.: Vulkan – Vulkan is over-confident, and for good reason. She is a very fast-working A.I. and she is as accurate as any other. Her appearance is that of a woman in her early-to-mid twenties. She appears as a red hologram, and unlike some other female A.I. like Cortana, she has added clothing into her appearance. Personality-wise, she is quite nice, and somewhat naive. She carries traits of a temptress, and sometimes will act sweet and cute to try and get Tony to do things that she believes will be the better option. Vulkan likes learning about other people and other A.I. Very social, she spends a lot of time trying to make friends with people. (She looks like Lilith from Borderlands.)

Personality: Tony is usually quiet, unless with friends. He carries out orders and is has been elected to lead Winter Team, which will be made in the coming months. He performs his duties as he is needed to. For him, death is the end of existence, and one should die in the manner they lived.
Tony was born on Reach in 2626, to his parents, Isaac and Eve. He has no siblings; his father is a mechanic, and his mother a nurse. His training went on as any normal SPARTAN V’s. He showed exceptional skill in all fields, and exceled from that in Recon, CQC, EVA and Marksmanship. It was from there that he trained, even when he was scheduled to be resting. He did not allow himself to become part of the average, he knew he had the ability, and he did everything he could to become the best he could be. Doctor Thompson saw that Tony could do more than his peers, and allowed the young SPARTAN-in-training to exert himself.
A voice recording was found in Tony’ quarters, it is dated 19th August 2642. “I am Tony White, a SPARTAN-in-training, currently aged fifteen. Most people find it unusual that I am left-handed. Doctor Frank Thompson sees something in me, he allows me to do specialised training when I am given free time. I am definitely far better than my classmates, and I believe I will make an excellent SPARTAN. However, I believe Erin, AX-014, is also a great performer. I believe her and I will be rivals for years to come. Dr. Thompson spoke with a UNSC representative about me; I’m set to be on-board the UNSC Harsh Winter, which is currently under construction. Anyway, I need to sleep; AX is doing a CQC simulator tomorrow. Let’s see if my training has paid off.”
Currently, Tony is on-board the UNSC Harsh Winter and awaiting an assignment. He has plans to create a team, “Winter Team,” which will be similar to that of Reach’s fabled “Noble Team.” Tony hopes to recruit the likes of Erin Gannon into his team, along with other SPARTANs, who will come in time.
