If you don't want to be on the East Coast, you'll need to either have a thread in which he travels to the West Coast/Mid-Regions or add a section to his history about it, because all you mention is that he left Rivet City (which is rather ambiguous and nondescript, so without explanation you'll realistically have to be on the East Coast).
