Nicknames/Aliases: Rasmus often goes by Raz, but he’s been referred to as Dane more than once – often following an adjective such as Lazy or Crazy. Dane also happens to be his operative callsign of choice.

Hair Color: His hair is a platinum blond, lightened somewhat by a lack of sunlight.

Hair Style: Rasmus keeps his hair quite short. He buzzes it every day or two.

Facial Hair: While often clean-shaven, he’s not immune to facial hair growth when out in the field.

Skin Color: Raz’s skin is quite pale, about what you’d expect from a human of Danish descent who rarely leaves his armor.

Build: Rasmus cuts quite the large, muscular figure. He’s on the large side even for a SPARTAN, standing closer to eight feet in his armor than the more usual seven.

Distinguishing Features: Raz possesses a wolf’s head tattoo across the inside of his right bicep.

Assignment: SPARTAN currently assigned as member of UNSC Harsh Winter SPARTAN-V complement. Sleeper agent ordered to activate and engage in sabotage/destruction of key UNSC assets (specifically weapons, engines, non-emergency power if shipboard; distraction/disabling of SPARTAN complement and heavy armor) pending encounter with or engagement of Insurrectionist forces.

Basic Training: Rasmus has spent most of his life training in all aspects of being a biologically enhanced supercommando - reconnaissance, CQB, marksmanship, demolitions, EVA, piloting.

Personality: Perhaps contrary to his specialties, Boedker is a bit on the soft-spoken side. Generally the kind of person who prefers action to words, Raz has recently taken on a bit of a Buddhist leaning – trying to be meditative, peaceful, even when in the middle of a battlefield sim. He isn’t especially serious, it would seem, but radiates a quiet sort of calm that belies a certain personal strength. He’s developed something of a reputation for being remarkably calm under fire, the kind of guy who will get anything asked of him done. He has been speculated to possess some psycho- or sociopathic tendencies, and certainly some pyromanic ones. Itching to get into the field, PO2 Boedker appears to be capable enough of coping on his own to overlook minor issues with his mindset before deployment – after all, he’s made it this far.




The only child born to Danish-descended retired Navy servicepeople Mikkel and Elisabet, Raz’s course into the service was pretty much dictated from birth – so much so, in fact, that the two volunteered him for training as a SPARTAN-V at the age of four. They couldn’t support him anyway, as Raz would later find out. What he didn’t know was that despite what the records claimed, the reason they couldn’t support him was because they were too busy evading UNSC capture to care for a child – such was the life of an ONI agent.

And what neither he nor the UNSC brass who had authorized his enrollment in the SPARTAN-V program had realized was that he’d been conditioned as a toddler as an ONI/Insurrectionist sleeper agent. But aside from that, his childhood had been relatively normal, for a Spartan’s – continuous training, boring history lessons, and the like. The training was quite boring, but Raz discovered early on the merits of fire and explosion – bright things to hold a young child’s attention.

He had always been a big kid; a solid head taller than most of those in his SPARTAN class. The augmentation process and chemically induced puberty didn’t exactly deter that size – he kept approximately that head’s height above the others, if not more. Through training with MJOLNIR GEN3 and simulation exercises, he discovered a heavy predilection for demolitions work; and as such, that was his primary MOS. His size, however, also lent itself well to close-quarters engagements, and Raz received some level of specialized training in hand-to-hand combat as well.

He’s the rare Spartan without much combat experience, only recently transferred to the UNSC Harsh Winter on his first legitimate deployment, completely unaware of the indoctrination that waits to strike.
