Hello! I am Cody! A person who would wish nothing more then to roleplay in a Fallout environment (Only reason I came here but hey... That Halo thread looks pretty cool!) Perhaps I can get some assistance in getting into the site? I'm not really experienced in Roleplay on Forums. I usually do notebook RP or something of the sort within a MMO. Maybe we may make this work? :X Either way! I hope to get to know you all and have a lot of fun  |

Welcome! Always good to see new people with interest outside of Fallout. Our roots are there, and because of that, it's more developed, but Three Dawg, one of our benevolent administrators has done a stellar job with all of the sections.

Well your first step was making an account. Hey look at that well done!  Second step go check the rules and guides while you're thinking of a character idea. It's good to read the timeline first, get an idea where we are (especially for Halo) and if you're unsure of something I'm sure the guides will know what. If they don't, or you get stuck on anything, pop into the Chatango tab to the left and ask! Third step! Is making a character, you'll find a GOAT character submission form in the Fallout Character Submission place (or similar form in the other sections). Just fill out the form with your character info and then you'll nee two moderators or admins to approve it! That'll be done sharpish, as soon as it's finished  Then just either PM the leader of a thread, ask on the Story Planning threads, talk to guys in the chat or make your own story planning thread. Any of those should secure you a place in an RP, and people to RP with! Yay! And that's how it's done  If you don't know how it's done, read over some other people's threads and see how it's done! Or ask. We don't bite. Oh yeah, welcome to the site! |

Okay! I need to take a look. I'm really hope you have the Washington wasteland. That is my favorite. west Coast is meh! XD New Vegas was not as good as it was lead on to be. Either way I will take a look at everything. Thanks PS... Is there any 'race' (Ghoul, Super Mutant, or anything of the sort - Spartan, or covies.) that aren't allowed? :0 |

If you look over the respective guides (for Fallout at least) it will tell you what races are allowed.
Also welcome newbie. ^_^

Everything's allowed but some things are harder to get past customs and imports As for Halo, everything's allowed there too but I suggest you read over the Halo guides to get an idea what the factional situation is like in our canon (it's a bit in the future. Only thing you can't be is Flood And Mlekgolo are restricted like Super Mutants. |
