Sal, before you continue with this character you should be aware you cannot keep him as an NCR General. The rank is rather high, obviously, and based off New Vegas we can assume they are equivalent to Regional commanders, and as such there are probably, at absolute most,three to five. They wield an incredible amount of power, able to theoretically deploy thousands of trained troops to a region and send Rangers to assassinate trouble makers.
