Well, for her to have worked with her father for 6 years post-G.O.A.T, she'd been to be 22 years old. The G.O.A.T takes place when you're 16. So she wouldn't exactly be a teen when it's all through! Also, scavenging is quite a dangerous line of work, even after a month the line "she really hasn't run into any life threatening situations" wouldn't particularly be applicable. A pack of Feral Dogs is a threat, any individual Raider is a threat.

I've only got one issue with the character... and that's her outfit. It... doesn't fit in with fallout at all. The nuka-cola shirt does, but that's about it. It's a bit too... modern for it to fit in universe, which is pretty much just an extension of 50's values as if it never died. I'd say it needs to be changed to get my approval. A vault jumpsuit would be fine, and Moira Brown makes them armoured pretty much for free, she likes people from Vault 101 after-all.

So it isn't possible that any sort of alternative fashion existed? Even if the market/interest in it was extremely small?
What if the items were homemade? I didn't mention it but her mother was quite the seamstress (that's where Yuki herself picked up what she knows about sewing), perhaps she made them to try and keep her daughter complacent, able to tell how restless she's getting, not to mention she's likely still in the teen 'I'm different/unique.' phase and what have you.
I'm begging you not to make me give her boring 50's stuff or a jumpsuit. :c The whole reason I avoided it was to put clear to see emphasis on her overall unusual nature.
Would it be possible to keep the coat and just change the leg wear?

No... I'm afraid it wouldn't because it doesn't fit in the universe of Fallout either. It's breaking canon for that sort of item to exist. The timeline diverged in the 50s, before that sort of fashion was even imagined, let alone made. As such, it wouldn't exist. It's too modern, so I can't allow it, sorry.

After doing quite a bit of research, the new outfit is closer to the 50s, but not really enough. this sort of denim (both the overalls, and the jacket, didn't come into fashion until the late 60s and throughout the 70s, after the timeline divergence. I can't put a definite timeframe on the jacket, because that style certainly came after the 70s due to all examples I can find of that era are full denim, rather than that. As for the denim overalls, those didn't become a thing until after he 60's too... cause in 1960, waist overalls (as they were called for women), were just jeans. So yeah... Closer. You could probably just turn the denim overalls into normal overalls.

I don't understand what constitutes 'normal' overalls but I edited in ones that definitely aren't denim. Also changed the jacket to a style I'm POSITIVE existed in the 50's.

Yep, you're all good now. Varsity letter jackets have been around... for... well, a very long time. Overalls are fine too, (normal means work overalls, which would be more common in the Fallout universe, made from the same material that boiler suits or coveralls are usually made from). So yeah, all good now. Approved and movin'.
