Weaponry: Custom built black dual phase double bladed lightsaber pike made of phrik, with two red synthetic crystals. The staff without the blades is 1.4 meters long, with each blade being 30 centimeters in length, bringing the grand total of the weapon to 2 meters in length. For ease of use, and comfort this staff can collapse on itself much like the quarterstaff, to become a neat smaller package that consists of three parts, the length of the staff which collapses into a small stick (about the size of a lightsaber hilt), and then two end pieces which contain the internals of each lightsaber. In addition as an added deadly bonus, both of the ends of the pike are detachable, and can be used as normal (though extremely short) lightsabers, however because the sabers have been augmented to be dual phased Crii can extend them to become the length of normal blades.

Crii was born in 1 BBY on his species homeworld: Cona, in a massive colonial city, though this would be his home for brief chapter of his life, because in 4 ABY at the age of 5 Crii was abducted by a Sith Empire acolyte scouting the region for young Arconans with an air of the force about them. Although Crii picked did not pick up allot from his homeworld, he did gain the native language, and a few cultural values, and principles. Crii was quickly taken to the Sith academy on Korriban where he began training as an Acolyte.

Growing up in Korriban, Crii found himself to be quite the jack of all trades as he developed skill in the force, martial arts, and lightsaber combat, piloting, smithing, and some technical skills. Early on in Crii's training at Korriban it was clear that he was, or was at least going to be different from many of the students going to the academy, his peoples culture had certainly rubbed off in him, even he was only there for a few years - a value system that chose collectivism over individuality, and cooperation over competition would put Crii at odds with many of the young trainee's, and teachers at the academy.

In 13 ABY at the age of 14, Crii entered into an apprenticeship under a Sith Lord, who chose him because he thought there was no chance of the young apprentice ever overtaking him. It was during this period of time that Crii began assembling the components for a lightsaber, he decided to make it out of the precious metal phrik, though rare, Crii could see no better alternative for a lightsaber because of its saber resistant qualities. After the acquisition of a red synthetic crystal Crii visited a planet within Sith Empire controlled space, where he was greeted by the native inhabitants of a remote planet, it was here that he was inspired to make a new adaptation to his saber. The inhabitants of this planet used spears with long 30 centimeter edged blades at the tip of their spears, This weapon reminded Crii of the lightsaber pike, a less primitive weapon of greater quality, after studying the movements, and techniques of the natives Crii had made up his mind, though his initital saber was complete he decided to add a long Phrik shaft to the butt of his weapon. Though Crii left this planet a few years later, the impression it left on him would never fade, after watching the inhabitants duel; Crii developed his own technique adapting on the original ones, he called this technique Sōgii, though it wasn't complete it would later be changed and adapted to fully utilize all advantages of the Lightsaber pike, and minimalize all of the disadvantages, this quest for the perfect form would take time, and great discipline.

The form requires long sweeping motions to defend, distract, and then attack the opponent, usually using both the blade, and the blunt end of the spear to do so. This technique commonly required the user to grip the butt end of the spear with the dominant hand, and quickly sliding the shaft of the pole along the non-dominant hand to gain both a leverage, and a distance advantage over the opponent. In a time when Crii would be largely challenged against other bladed wielding opponents, he developed his technique to defend specifically against users of one single bladed lightsaber, against such an opponent Crii deemed his technique to be undefeatable.

Though more than just training occurred on this planet to the disgust of his lord, and his peers, Crii found his time on the foreign world to to be a holistic, and eye opening experience, he opened himself to nature, and the other natural inhabitants of the planet, he was scolded for his behavior, but merely continued as he had before. Crii was told attitudes, and behavior was evident of the light side, which came to Crii's confusion. To him the dark side WAS the side of connection to the universe through emotion, and passion, he rendered the light side the cold, and destructive one. Though his peers reflection of him would change with this visit, he demonstrated to them his commitment, and discipline with the force, and lightsaber combat through constant intense training (including the murder of one of the other apprentices under his lord during a sparring match), after gaining a new certain respect among his peers he began reiterating , and highlighting his ideas on the force, and reinstating the values of his homeland, not all of the young sith took to these ideas, but the select few who did would come to watch, and follow Crii closely.

In a few short years Crii was highly acclaimed by his peers, he was encouraged to defeat his lord, and claim his title, but Crii believed that his Lord was still too powerful for him, so rather than strike down his own, Crii targeted a much weaker Lord during a "Practice duel" in 19 ABY at the age of 20. Though Crii was able to take down a Sith Lord in combat he noticed a fault in his own technique, and found a way that he could make his technique Sōgii even more deadly, by changing an element of his Lightsaber pike. Crii obtained more phrik, and yet another red synthetic crystal, and adapted his pike to be both double bladed, and dual phased, along with this adaption he made the pike collapsible, and made the saber on each end detachable, for better use in tight spaces.

It was also later in this year that Crii began debating the philosophical ramifications of the dark side on ones psyche, he began weighing the dark versus the light, and in the end came up with an alternative. Crii was always one of the more sensitive, and loving of the sith that he was trained alongside, and accordingly he channeled his love, and his passion into all of his decisions, it was during this time that Crii contemplated splintering off from the sith Empire and starting his own council, one which focused on what he deemed as the more positive elements of the dark side, he did not see at as an innately evil side of the force, but instead he rendered the lightside the evil ones, to him the lightsiders were cruel, and logical, they lacked a true heart in all areas, they did not actually care for others they were merely utilitarian, and by this time Crii had developed a small cult following of a few dark siders, they hadn't necessarily committed fully to his techniques, but he had surely swayed them to new critical thinking.

With this dissension in the Sith hierarchy, Crii plans to exploit his pull with others to someday claim the title of darth, which has required him to ally with A-typical individuals including the Sith lord Malrius, but Crii believes that one day this political leverage will pay off.
