Personality: The prophet of haste is known to take things slow and always think through his decisions very carefully he is often very calm. He is very careful about things he says out loud and will occasionally not respond to someone in conversation if he does not know what to say, He is a fan of giving public speeches and will often tie the Forerunners into almost any conversation, The prophet is also a Sympathizer of the Reclaimers, and merely suggests that they should be converted rather than destroyed...although he is not completely against some of them being eradicated for the rest of their race to understand the word of the Forerunners.
Born on the vessel High Charity, Seng could typically be found spending his time in the vast libraries aboard the ship rather than playing with other young San ‘Shyuum. Although as he grew in age he became more and more social towards his fellow species, It was also around this age that he became more and more obsessed about his own culture and his studies eventually led him to the Forerunners as well, Seng became more and more obsessed with his studies which eventually led him to the church where his father happened to be a Legate.
With his fathers good graces Seng was allowed into the church and began preaching the word of the Forerunners after years of more study and diligent work in the church Seng became a Cleric, although Seng wanted to pursue deeper interests and left High charity, to study in solitude at Doisac the Jiralhanae homeworld. Many years later the news of the destruction of High Charity had come to Seng, he was crushed by the knowledge of his species home destruction, Seng remained in Doisac for a few years after having no where else to go. In his time in Doisac he began preaching the word of the Forerunners to the Jiralhanae, as well as working alongside them to help better there community, the Jiralhanae were very appreciative of Seng’s assistance and recognized him as a prophet.
The time had come and the Sanctity of Grace was built and with the help of the Jiralhanae he was sent to the Sanctity of Grace along with several friends he had made in Doisac, Seng was welcomed back into the church and became a Legate although the Jiralhanae were pushing for Seng’s promotion to lesser prophet, they began reasoning with lower level members of the covenant like the Unggoy and the Kig-Yar with there support they convinced the San ‘Shyuum to consider Seng a Lesser prophet, from then on he was referred to as The Lesser Prophet of Haste.
