Okay, so I've read through the site and found the Fallout template, so now I've got a question for you all.
For a while now, I've been inspired by the idea of Charon and his upbringing. Particularly, I've liked the theory that he grew up in a Vault that, like many other experiments, focused on making the perfect soldiers for the Great War (that's basically how the Super Mutants and the FEV was discovered). I even named in Vault 66 for my fanfiction (a little allusion to the number 666, which has been done to death in all sorts of media).
Now, of course, I can't use Charon himself as a character. But I was wondering is it possible to make someone who came from the same place and went through the same brainwashing? I'll create a faction template for Vault 66 as well. Or would it be better to put this idea on the backburner and just come up with something simpler for my first character? Even though I've literally have nothing else on mind at the moment?

That should be for the occult. 
And I'm sure Immortal will allow you to create a member of his factions in the ES RP. S'why he made it a faction after all.
