However, when Ted is trying to haggle down a deal, Ted is never afraid to speak loud and clear.
Tedmund was created among the Motor City Mutants. He was intended to be a common Brute, and to fight in an ongoing battle with a wastelander settlement. However, Ted was created, unlike many mutants, with almost all of his previous intelligence. And, with his spare time away from training Tedmund would spend his time tinkering with pre-war machinery. As training came to an end and Tedmund was pushed onto the battlefield, Tedmund saw a weakness in the wastelander defenses. The human soldiers refused to shoot the mutants. This had puzzled Tedmund, who had always been trained to never back away from a clear shot (Even though The Mutants had never had any firearms). And so, as he pondered whether or not it was wise to even attack these idiots, he looked towards his mutant brethren and noticed how they brainlessly pounded on their gate, almost as if they were made to do so. Now the question was not whether or not to murder the wastelanders, but it was who the real idiots were. And so, that day was the day Tedmund realized he was made self-aware for a reason. He gathered all of his supplies and materials and set off towards the Capital Wasteland. His Super Mutants brothers would never realize he was gone.
Tedmund had heard of the events transposing in The Capital Wasteland, but he had never expected what was to happen when he arrived. The supermutant attacks on the capital wasteland had unexpectedly turned most residents into despising most mutants. As most settlements were pretty off limits for Tedmund, Tedmund constructed his very own small home out of several cars. This place would slowly grow into a very well-known location. Tedmund had developed his very own scrapping shop, people all over the capital wasteland would marvel at his marvels of craftsmanship. And as his skills had grown, he could construct almost anything from automobiles and would make quite some decent caps out of it.
