Howdy wastelanders, or should I say: Welcome Home.
Fallout 4 releases today worldwide, and most people are going to get it. Over the next couple of weeks as the mods play the game we'll figure out a canon ending for the various story points. O course, it'll be heavily spoiler tagged!
Please, please, please avoid spoiling the game for others. So avoid talking about specific points of the game in the Chatango, keep it to PMs with people you already know have been exposed to a certain spoiler. Anyone who throws spoilers out at the general Nexus population will get a temporary ban for the duration of Fallout 4s golden weeks.
For now, also avoid making characters in the Commonwealth and understand that until we update the canon all characters made between now and then may need to have their dates updated (we will probably be moving the years forwards a bit - more details to come).
As of today, any gameplay mechanics found in Fallout 4 (like the new Power Armour mechanics) are considered canon and override all previous examples. If there's a specific new gameplay mechanic you have in mind, feel free to PM one of the mods although we might have no idea what you're on about until we come across it ourselves!
Now go and enjoy the Commonwealth, survivors! Watch out for synths!
