Lol fallout 4 is awesome, um as far as questions go I'm scanning the forums and I love halo,fallout, and star wars. I am having no trouble finding character creations and history, but where are the forums where the actual RP is taking place with all the approved characters ?

Oh hi. Sorry about the late welcome, but welcome. Forgive us mods, we're busy with Fallout 4 and writing up the new canon changes and whatnot. Character creation can be found here

As for where the rps actually take place. As you know with Fallout 4's release, a lot of things need to be updated and so for the time being everything still takes place in 2282 (a year after New Vegas ends) but that is going to change real soon. Our guides on the various universes can be found in the rules and guides section. Look there for more details.
