Hello, my name's Kronos, and I am new to the site. I got Fallout 4 and I adore the series. So, I would like to join the Fallout RP. Now, a question comes to mind: If I need to create a character, would I need to choose a region of irradiated Earth?

Hey there new guy! To create a Fallout character you're going to have to choose a place your character originated from, yes. While we largely frown upon coast-to-coast travel (although it does happen) you can choose either major coast to originate from and travel up and down that coast. Or hell, even venture into the mid regions and try to travel through the country in an RP.
Of course you could always try the UK or Canada (we have our own site canon for that, there's a guide and everything) but currently there aren't any other parts of the world we've opened up for play. Doesn't mean your character can't come from another part of the world, but note that is even more rare than coast-coast travel!
Right now we're undergoing some site maintenance of sorts while we decide on the 'best' canonical way to end Fallout 4 so things may up root and change on the East Coast.
Oh and don't forget about our other sections, like Elder Scrolls! Everybody loves a bit of Tamriel every now and then.
