Dante was born in the NCR with his mother, a shop owner in the NCR and father, a NCR Ranger. Life was great for Dante, with his father coming home to help teach him of the history of the NCR while his mother would teach him mathematics, English, and even some science. One day, however, tragedy struck. When Dante was 12, news came that his father has died fighting off the Enclave with the other Rangers.. He soon fell into a depression that caused isolation between himself and the outside world, the only contact being his mother.
Every day and night he would pray for a miracle, something to give him hope. As time went on, his depression would fade away. He gradually went from isolated to his normal self. After three months, he learned to accept his father's passing. From his depression, something awakened inside him. He felt the need to protect the ones he loves, just as his father did. He thought of what his father would do in his position. Suddenly, an idea struck: Why not enlist in the Rangers? After all, they could always use another person in their ranks.
So, when he was 18, he enlisted in the Rangers. He started off in the Ranger Recruits and quickly made friends. He frequently trained in the station to hone his long range weapon skills and melee weapon skills. He also frequently visited the medic station in order to learn how to tend to wounds. He was transferred to Ranger station Delta on his 24th birthday, where he currently resides.
