Although I have no concrete inklings of what the main story arc would revolve around, would anyone be interested in a Fallout roleplay set before Fallout 1, probably very soon after the bombs dropped (2077 or earliy 2078)? I envisage currently just a sort of... "let's see where it goes" thread, i.e. one where the story isn't planned at all aside from some minor details like setting and race/character restrictions. Obviously ghouls and humans would be allowed, though super mutants likely wouldn't be (unsure about robots, but who would want to play as one...?).
Right now I just want to see if anyone's interested at all before I start thinking of anything.

What an interesting idea. I only know a little bit about what happened instantly after the bombs fell- mostly because it was all sort of... a blur. A blur filled with highly deadly radiation, of course. In Coup Manor in Fallout 4, there is a journal on a computer detailing the fact Humans and ghouls were a very real thing after the bombs fell, and that all the ghouls (you can sure as hell imagine there were a lot of them) attacked humans, but not sane ghouls. While it is an interesting idea, I'm very uncertain about where it would go, but I would like to find out. Count me in =) |

I won't be joining you, but I can say that it is an interesting idea I have entertained in the past.
Also: "unsure about robots, but who would want to play as one...?"
