Overly affectionate and an overall pleasant person to be around Lo is perhaps one of the most kind and gentle of almost any other spartan in the field.

Lo Prawfera was born on the UNSC colony Chi Rho and was son to Father Diseno and mother Ryla both of which held positions in medicine it was always his parents goal for their child to continue the line of medical professionals in the family and they rigorously trained him in the medical arts, although Lo had slightly different plans he had always admired soldiers in the UNSC and when he became older he planned on enlisting in the military.
The day came that he was old enough to join the military, and his dreams were fulfilled, he started out like many others before him as a lowly recruit although his supervisors admired his talents and his ability to take orders and just plain get the job done, it was later recommended that he join the Spartan IV program, he took little convincing and decided to, in his words “…give it a shot I mean why not right?” he was eventually assigned to an unusual program in which a select group of Spartans with previous medical training, were given odd combinations of armor and assigned to squads as active medics, these Spartans were given specialized training to be able to perform medical preparations on the field with minimal equipment.
