You're probably wondering why I used such an odd title. Well, I learned everything I know from the videos of mister Albert Breach.
Anyway, I'm not new to writing, but I've always looked for a place to start a fallout roleplay. Everywhere I've looked is dead.

When I have free time, I love to just annoy the staff with faction ideas and characters ^_^ It's my goal to make a legitimate, awesome faction I can make for each and every universe on the Nexus! Thank you for taking interest, it means a lot to me =) I'll keep an eye out for your characters and see what we can do~ Deary me, what a meaningful song... sadly a bit too depressing to me now that I played that DLC. It's a cult of Hermaeus Mora, focused on collecting the unknown and studying (and possibly keeping) whatever it may be for Mora. It's more or less an Elder Scrolls version of the SCP Foundation, but with elements of philosophical debate (namely I took influence from Aristotle's theory of 'purpose') and, of course, in the Elder Scrolls universe. =D
I enjoy making these things ^_^ I just hope I'm able to pull it off. Going to be a long time until the submission is actually finished because I want to go into every single detail.
My OC in the Elder Scrolls universe is Octavia, but she is in another Roleplay at the moment which is sort of inactive because Dawg is busy with exams. It's understandable, I've got exams later in the month of May too. So I'm revising to hell ^_^ ...fun times!

No, the site doesn't have many restrictions at all. As long as you respect the lore, plenty of things are allowed. I chose Octavia to be my main character in the Elder Scrolls universe. I'm not by any means staff, I'm just doing what I enjoy..

It means there's no more than one RP at a time going on. Because it would disrupt things in the timeline. Like, say your character just got a mini nuke in one RP and broke his leg in the other. You can't incorperate these into both RPs because they're going on at the exact same time. When you do something like this, It's called MV, or Multiverse. At least that's what I've learned. |

But if an RP makes the effort to base itself before or after another RP then we allow concessions in that regard.
Although typically it's before an RP, because going after the first RP would require knowledge of the events in that RP that haven't happened yet. Going before it, historically, would mean the only rule for that RP is "don't get killed or get maimed". Everything else can be lost inbetween the two RPs or brought up as stories in the first (present day) RP.
