I don't know if this is the right board, but my laptop snapped in half.
Glad I got insurance though. So it's free.
They said they're going to scrap the hard drive regardless.
(Like a 99% chance they'll replace it.)
Lucky me, I have around 2 years of data.
Pictures, stories, novels.
So I have to get the hard drive removed before I even think about sending it off.
Expect even worse inactivity till it's fixed.
