While I have been a mostly inactive account due to a delay in character approval I have had a huge burst of rp muse recently and have been on a fallout binge. Anyway, I have a big idea for a character and would like to not spoil it. So, if anyone is looking for a reliable thread and can hold up their own please feel free to reply and stay tuned for updates. Understanding how vague this is I will still update later and any are welcome to join as more info unfolds. As for a character idea could an admin or mod PM me if possible so I can talk over an idea and see if possible. I only state it cause it would change the plot for 2 canon factions and would like to talk over a "theory" to them and see if I can get it approved.
