ive noticed their are a bunch of aproved fallout charecters even a faction but no actaul roleplay set up and ive been thinking of a faction and a few things not set up in fallout lore like russia africa mexico all sorts of places that may be intresting for the creation of a few powerful factions life the BOS and the legion and i think we should make a few fan fiction major factions and a few locations and historys of our own to make fallout a larger more playable roleplay and with that im thinking after haveing a few factions written out and some backround ill start a fan fiction thread or maybe with the permission of the moderaters and admins puting up some history for the areas left blank so we can have some threads made this is just the begining of planing it and nowhere near a idea im sure i can have done and well set up anyone haveing any ideas or wanting coardinate in this please reply below if none of thous just reply with a opinion or something u wish to say i hope this will work out and be aproved by the admins and it will take time to shape it around to there aprovel

So....You're saying a Fallout, where we can do anything, like have a massive faction of unkillable supersoldiers? No thanks, I'll have my canon back.

Well, as one of the creators of the Fallout UK guide on PA, there is a whole bunch of areas that've been invented already. I don't particularly like the idea of a faction as powerful as the BOS or Caesar's legion, as it can hurt the canon, although, if it's limited to a certain area, it could be fine, depending on what it is.
There are Fallout roleplays back on the old site, which needs to be brought over...
As for having a fallout thread with certain factions written out... It... could be a thing, only in freeform, you could have a "what if the NCR never rose to fame" thread.

I've also created a faction and character for the Fallout section, but I'm just waiting to hear about my character Danveris before I start roleplay. I suggest you wait to hear back about your submission. You want to take people's suggestions and improve the character, otherwise no one would want to roleplay with a underdevelopment character.
But I'm glad to see that there are people out there who want to roleplay Fallout!
