As a sniper/assassin, he always prefers do things subtly. Dislikes the use of stealth boys after hearing what happened to the nightkin that used them, but he always carries a couple around with him in case anyone he's travelling with needs to be sneaky for a while. Seeking a fully functional Chinese stealth suit but has yet to find one and sometimes doubts if one actually exists. Has learnt much from his years in the brotherhood which has made him intelligent, especially since he was at a point going to be a scribe. Also likes to learn as much as he can about whatever he can, which made him a walking encyclopaedia and made him good at repairing things. Will help most (good) people if he can due to personal code of honour but for a price, except for certain situations, such as; dealing with slavers, giving supplies to those who desperately need it, e.c.t.
History: Grew up with the capitol wasteland Brotherhood of steel when they were first setting up in the wasteland. From them he leaned how to use weapons, how to maintain them, the history of the land and much other information. In his years in the Brotherhood he became an amazing repairmen and he was told that one day he may make head Knight, however he was still indecisive of whether to become a knight, because of his repair skills, or a scribe, because of his knowledge. When he was 14 he went on his first patrol, but it was more of a training exercise, during which he first encountered raiders. After defeating them he decided that although he'd rather avoid them in total, if he had to he would be fine killing them as they truly are scum in the wasteland. It was also at this point he leaned he was a good sniper, and liked being out of harm’s way by doing it. After searching an old vault with a Brotherhood team looking for technology, he found a still functioning Pip-Boy on a long dead Vault dweller, after some quick repairs on it it was ready for him to use. At the age of 17 he decided to leave with his sister because they both thought the brotherhood did not have the people of the wasteland's best interest at heart. This is when he got the Gauss rifle, which he 'permanently borrowed without permission'. He disliked Power armour as it made him easier to detect and although he could carry heavier stuff like missile launchers, he could not carry as much stuff. Most of his enemies never got close enough to get a shot at him anyway so he went with a set of recon armour.
They travelled north to Canterbury commons via the subway systems, but was slowed down by the vast amount of raiders and super mutants in the area, so leaned how to sneaky in order for him and his sister to get past them. They decided to take this route thinking it would be quicker than going around D.C. but when they found out how dangerous it was they had gone too far in to turn back. When they got just north of the D.C. ruins they made a camp for the night, unfortunately little to their knowledge there was also a raider camp nearby. When he came back after searching for supplies his sister was gone. He could tell from the state of the camp that raiders must of taken her, and he began a search for her. It wasn't long before he found the raider camp, and he sneak in to find his sister but it was too late. He found her, raped and murdered by the raiders. He became enraged and killed every raider in that camp. He managed to find a combat knife near to where his dead sibling was which he used to slit the throats of several raiders there, and killed the rest with his Gauss rifle, when he almost got caught he used his advanced skill in sneaking to evade them and kill them. It did not take as long as he thought to do this though as they were only about 10 or 12 raiders at the camp. During the killing he found a pen with 4 people in it, wearing tattered clothing. After killing off the raiders he released the people who told them that they had been captured by the raiders and were going to be sold as slaves. They also told him details of what slavers did to slaves, which included: putting explosive colours on their necks and sending them to place called 'The Pitt' which they described as apparently being the worse place for anyone to be. Already angered by what the raiders did he vowed to kill any raider and slaver that he met. While searching the bodies he also found a .45 auto pistol, deciding he would need this in case he had to fight at this close a range again he took it and crafted a silencer from an old lead pipe.
He considered going back to the Brotherhood for a while, especially after finding out about what Elder Lyons did to the chapter, but he decided he didn't need them and they probably wouldn't take him back anyway. So he decided to become a caravan mercenary. Although this probably was not the best job for a sniper he stayed on knowing that the caravans would be the perfect bait to lure raiders to their doom. He had no home at the time, as he always travelled with caravans, but when there aren't any caravans who had hired him he tended to stay near Big town, as the place is a hot spot for raiders and slavers alike.
Through talking with traders he eventually leaned where the raiders and slaver's base of operations were. So he decided to stop protecting caravans for a while to scout these places out, and eventually kill the leaders of these highly dangerous groups. While travelling to these places he met the regulators. The regulators heard of what he had done to the raider camp and offered him to become a regulator and gave him one of their dusters to encourage him. He turned them down though, when asked why he said that it is better for him not to be part of a faction, that way he could do things the way he wanted and only had to follow his own rules, plus from what the regulators did he could assume that some people must of wanted them dead, and he didn't want people that he knew nothing about trying to kill him simply because he was a regulator. He was also sure that he would make enemies in his travels and didn't want the same thing happening to the regulators, despite how strong the regulators assured him they were. The regulators decided to let him keep the duster anyway, since it apparently stroked fear into the hearts of the enemy' which could be useful to him and the duster was one of their older ones that would have to of been thrown out soon enough anyway. He decided, after repairing it, to dye the duster black, add a hood and put some protective padding on it to offer more protection. He then on wore the duster instead of the recon armour, since to him it looked better, and he sold it to one of the trading caravans he used to protect. He got some Microfusion Cells for the Gauss rifle, ammo for the .45 auto pistol, some stimpacks, a stealth boy and some shades.
He went to the raiders first as he was most enraged by them, but after scouting the place out, he leaned just how large the raider force was, and that they had a super mutant behemoth locked in a pen like some kind of pet. So he went to Paradise Falls, unfortunately he had even less luck there. With a huge wall all around the settlement and no good place to snipe the people inside nearby. So he had no choice but to give up on his long quest to kill the leaders of the slavers and Raiders. He decided not to go back to caravan guard life, but still remained as a mercenary, and also became a mechanic on the side. He now spends his time travelling from town to town, fixing any problems that could be fixed with either a gun or a wench, for a fee of course, unless it involved the removal of a slaver or raider...
