Personality: Juliet is a kind woman, but don't mistake that for weakness. She can hold her own in a fight, if she has a decent gun, but at the same time, knows when to bend in the hurricane. She is very affectionate to Neil, whose personality is more like hers than his father. Sometimes she wonders if she truly loves Roger or if she's just grateful for him for getting her out of slavery.
History
Juliet, like Roger, was born in the Capital Wasteland, though for a long time she didn't have a permanent home. Her family had a long history of being harassed by Slavers, and they frequently moved to avoid capture. Over the course of her life, Juliet saw loved ones killed and/or taken away by the cruel Slavers of the wasteland. Learning how to defend yourself was necessary in her family's lifestyle, so Juliet learned how to shoot at the age of eight years old.
When she got older, she eventually would hear of Rivet City, one of the Capital Wasteland's most secure settlements. With the rest of her family either split up, dead, or captured by Slavers, Juliet made her way into the wrecked ship. She would stay there for a few years, thinking she was finally free from a life of running. She spent that time helping clean the halls and hoping that some other members of her family would eventually show up. They never did. And one day, when she stepped out of Rivet City to do business with some of the traveling merchants from Canterbury, a group of Slavers happened to be nearby and quickly took her before Rivet Security could intervene. Juliet, at long last, was taken to Paradise Falls to be sold as a slave, a fate that seemed to be doomed upon her family.
However, instead of being sold away, she was bought by a man named Roger Parker, who had fallen in love with her. At first, she was completely disgusted by this arrangement, telling Roger how he was a terrible, sick man and that everyone of his kind should be killed for the horrible things that they do to innocent people of the wasteland. This harsh lecture would change Roger's perspective on life and would eventually lead him to leave Paradise Falls with her. Having nowhere else to go, and kind of grateful that Roger seemed to be different from other slavers, Juliet went with him and the two would eventually find themselves in Central Haven in Flathead County, Montana. They lived in the home of an elderly woman, before leaving for the nearby Hill Valley. Eventually, they were unofficially married and the two of them had a beautiful son, Neil Parker.
Juliet isn't entirely sure if she loves Roger or not, as she doesn't quite like his cranky attitude, but she loves Neil to death, and figures that the boy having a father and a mother together was a good enough reason to stay. While she initially did not like Miranda, due to her robbing her son, Juliet has become a lot more tolerant towards the ex-thief, and will often overrule Roger when he tells her to get lost.
