Profession: Musician/lab assistant/medical assistant, Do-Gooder

Height: 6'' 3'
Weight: 190lbs

Personality: Randy is a creative and friendly person, being one of the easiest of the Do-Gooders to get along with. Being generally sociable, there's nothing that Randy loves more than to play his Violin to an appreciative audience.
History: Randy hails from the Capital Wasteland, living Grayditch with his folks after the Fire Ants were driven away. Through his life, he was an avid listening of Agatha's radio, spending countless hours listening to the old woman play her instrument. When he was old enough, Randy, armed with a Plasma Pistol that he found from one of the Enclave's abandoned patrol points in the Capital Wasteland, paid a visit to Agatha, wanting to know where she got that wonderful musical instrument. She told him of Vault 92, and soon after, Randy set off to the Vault to see if he could find another. Fortunately, since the Lone Wanderer had gone through it first, most of the Mirelurks had been killed, but those that remained Randy turned into Plasma Goo. After some hours searching, Randy would finally find the remains of one. Taking it back to Agatha, the woman helped him repair it and would go on to teach the eager young man how to play. A few years later, Randy was a talented performer.
Randy, wanting to find a new location for inspiration, eventually went north. This eventually led him to New York. He would find his way to Manhattan and discovered a Library was still intact there. Figuring it would be a nice quiet place, as well as the possibility of it having some Music Sheets, Randy went inside, and met Todd McKowski, Alfred Bowers, Kevin Logans, Sarah DeVille, and Jennifer Steinem. Randy wasn't much of a help during the Raid of the Super Mutants, but he grew much attached to his new friends due to his gratefulness to them. However, while not much of a fighter, the music he makes from his Violin has had a remarkable effect on the numerous patients in Sarah's ward. He is remarkably popular among some of the children in the Library. He got his nickname "Rex" from a young girl, who kept mispronouncing his last name as "Fred-rex-son"
