Appearance: Mandy wears black S.W.A.T armor and combat boots, along with the members of her "Coalition". She has long black hair, done in a long ponytail. Her eyes are brown, but they are so dark that they look black. Notably, one of the most striking things about her is her height, for a female.

Equipment: Carries a Unique Laser Rifle, called "The Reductor"
Personality: Full fledged psychopath. Mandy holds an extreme solipsistic view of the world, truly believing that she is the only real human being, or, at the very least, is the only one that really matters. Thusly, she views anyone and everyone else as either toys to be manipulated and used for her own agenda and entertainment, or bugs that are annoying and need to be squished. Despite being a raider, Mandy is intelligent and can be rational whenever she wants to be. She is able to devise plans and strategies to ensure the most damage in her raids. She is also rather charming and manipulative, able to persuade people to do what she wants.
History: As with many raiders, lord only knows what events brought her birth upon the world. She spent her early childhood watching people around her steal and kill. This brought on psychopathic tendencies in her development, resulting in her learning that, in this life, you got your way by stealing and killing. This would later result in her solipsistic beliefs, which would fuel her murderous tendencies. At a young age, she learned to shoot and grew particularly fond of the ability. Unlike some of the other raiders, she didn't shoot to kill a lot, but rather to mortally injure and then watch them die their slow death. Eventually, this would lead to her gaining some arousal from her killings. (Note: I'm thinking of that one James Bond villian. The one who strangled people with her legs).
As she grew up, another thing that set her apart from other Raiders was her love of planning raids, rather than just running in wildly on a chem rush. This would lead to her becoming more battle smart and caused her to develop a sense of leadership when others began to follow her instructions. At the age of eighteen, she was already leading a small band of raiders of her own, which became a great bother to many travelers and merchants. After attacking a Caravan, she found a Laser Rifle among the supplies and quickly fell in love with it after reducing a traveler to ash. She called it "The Reductor", seeing how it reduced people into a worthless pile of ash, consistent with her solipsistic beliefs.
Many years later, she and her band of raiders would stumble upon a small Pre-War military base, which would contain S.W.A.T body armor and ammunition. Taking control of this base, many other groups of raiders, wanting in on this find, flocked to it. Mandy, using her wits, was able to convince these raiders to, instead of fight her, join up with her cause. Many other bands of raiders did the same, thus creating what is now "The Stark Coalition". It is indeed very stark, as the group dedicates itself to having fun at the suffering of those around them.
