Name: Clarissa "Lady Luck" Fuller
Race: Human
Gender: Female
Age: 28

Equipment: Because she generally stays in New Vegas, she is unarmed. But always carries around a fancy cane with a shaped diamond head. It is rumored that she has beaten a man with it.
Personality: "Lady Luck" is definitely one of the more mysterious types, or at least likes playing the role. She is very charming, casually flirting with anybody who meets her fancy, often referring to them as "Sweetheart". As per her nickname, she is drawn to games of chance, and can sometimes seem so lucky that it seems that she can control her own fortune at will. While a pretty face, she shows strong, but subtle, signs of cunning and cleverness.
History:
--Before NCR occupation of Nevada--
Since she likes to play the "mysterious" card, not many people know a lot about Clarissa Fuller. She hails from California, a former citizen of the NCR. She was born into a poorer family, one that couldn't handle the incessant taxing from the Republic, eventually forcing them migrate out of their territory and towards Nevada, searching for new territory to settle into, away from the NCR. On their travels, the family was attacked by Raiders, killing Clarissa's mother and father. Clarissa was meant to be killed, as well, but when the leader of the Raiders tried to do so, his revolver jammed. After unloading and reloading the gun, he tried again, but again the weapon wouldn't fire. Another member tried his hunting rifle, but it would not discharge as well. Finally, the leader, enraged, pulled out a large knife to do the job, when a group of wandering Geckos came into the fray. More attracted to the Raiders, the attack lead to the young woman's escape and marked the beginning of an incredible lucky streak.
--After Second Battle of Hoover Dam--
Not long after the Republic won the war with the Legion, a young woman appeared in Freeside. She had no money to her name, and no weapons, other than a shiny metal cane. The Kings immediately took a liking of her, whistling at her as she came into town. The woman was, of course, Clarissa Fuller, many years after her escape from the Raiders. She had no money on her, and thus no way of getting into Freeside. Fortunately, one of members of Gomorrah staff saw her and was immediately swoon by her, using some connections to get her onto the Strip. It was here, of course, that she was introduced to table games, slot machines, and roulette.
Her first game was a game of black jack. Her 'boyfriend' who got her onto the strip had given her two hundred Gomorrah chips to enjoy herself with. On the first deal, she bet all of her money. She was dealt two kings, but then went double down. The card she was given was an Ace, winning her four hundred caps. On the next three hands, she was dealt nothing but black jacks. Over the next month, it became quite clear that Clarissa had the luck of a million Irishmen, and not long the managers of Gomorrah quickly began to run out of patience handing over their money to this woman. They kicked her out of the Casino, but Clarissa was already quite wealthy and made her way to the Tops Casino and Hotel. The Chairmen immediately took a liking to Clarissa's charming and mysterious persona, and, after impressing them with her skills at the card table, offered her a free luxury suite. Her presence around the Tops eventually garnered her the handle "Lady Luck". She occasionally sings at The Aces theater, and the Chairmen value her as an attraction, not only for people to come see her sing, but to amaze them with feats of extraordinary luck.
