Personality: Marco is infatuated with the Queen, and does anything to please her, due to him hating his ghoulness and wanting to be a human again. He is vulgar and will often make sick comments to people, though he is reasonably polite due to his work for the Queen. He acts as the Queen's Ambassador, going to people to speak to them on her behalf. He has the ability to talk with force and threatens well. Also like the Steelmen, he will not tolerate anything that he thinks insults the Queen.



Marco was a member of the NCR before getting losing his squad to a horde of Cazadors. Injured, he tried to make his way back to the NCR camp that he belonged to, but lost his way and got attacked by Centaurs in a radiation pit. Barely managing to eliminate the Centaurs, Marco passed out and became heavily radiated, transforming him into a ghoul. He would later be found by passing Steelmen, who took him to their Society.

There, he regain consciousness, but was horrified to see what he had become. On the verge of commiting suicide, he was stopped by a message from the Queen of the SteelPlate Society, Charmain Quinn, that called him to her chambers for a private conversation. Seeing usefulness in him, the Queen made Marco her ambassador to other factions, especially that of the NCR. Due to the lack of trust that other factions have for the Super Mutant Steelmen, the Queen took the more trusted Ghoul and used him to communicate for other factions, making him an honorary member of the SteelPlate Society, even designing his own armor, personally.

Marco, overjoyed with the blessings of armor, supplies, and a duty to live for, felt great gratitude towards the Queen. And, due to his deep wishes to be human again, he finds her immensely attractive and is very much infatuated of her, doing anything to gain her praise. Unlike the other Steelmen, he realizes that outsiders do not know the Queen very well and is not angered by ignorance of the Queen and her accomplishments. Marco spends some time trying to convince the reclusive Queen to make her presence known to the rest of the wasteland.
