Character Name: Elizabeth Straton
Nickname(s): Agent Straton
Race: Human
Sex: Female
Age: 31
Birthplace: Washington, D.C (Now known as the Capital Wasteland)
Height: 6ft
Weight: 195lbs
Eye Color: Hazel
Hair Color: White
Hair Style: Long
Facial Hair: Nadda
Skin Color: White, and kind of pale.
Build: Agent Straton has the average build of a healthy adult female.
Distinguishing Features: Her snow white hair, which results from an implant inside her that allows her to change her appearance to match another person's. She can change her hair color, eye color, and voice. White, however, seems to be her "default" color. Why the implant does this is unknown.
(Here's the best reference picture I could fine. The hair is a good reference for Straton's white, long hair (though not as long as in the pic, there), and obviously that evil looking grin (that's a Vampire in the picture) does not reflect Agent Straton, who has Very Good karma.
Profession: Ex-Special Agent of the F.B.I, now something of a Freelance, no profit bounty hunter, who takes down those of Evil or Very Evil karma.
Skills: Subterfuge, Firearms, Hand-to-Hand
Attributes:
Training: Special Agent Straton was a covert spy for the F.B.I (no pun intended), and her main primary tactic is always stealth. Because of her lack of Power Armor training (or lack of any discernible armor at all), and her low threat weapons, Straton relies heavily on stealth and is mostly a Brain over Brawn.
Other Abilities: Agent Straton is a skilled hand-to-hand fighter, though she prefers to avoid it, killing targets without being detected.
Apparel: Agent Straton wears a black suit, black pants, and black shoes. She does change attire when disguising herself, but she prefers her general outfit when not in disguise as it is a reminder of her old life.
Weaponry: Straton has two weapons. A black Python revolver, which she uses whenever she gets into a gun fight, and a Balisong Knife, which she uses to kill covertly, by either stabbing the base of the spine or slitting throats.
THE PYTHON REVOLVER
THE BALISONG KNIFE
Other Equipment: Straton has a special watch that has Stealth Boy tech in it. With that, it has a supply of special darts that have a toxin in them that can bring a full grown man unconscious in mere seconds. This is fired when Straton tenses her wrist muscles. These darts are limited, and once they run out, Straton is either out for good, or needs to find out how to make more.
STRATON'S WATCH
(Straton activates the Stealth Boy tech by pressing the face of the clock. She fires darts by twisting the dial on the side, which creates an opening for the darts, and balls her fists and squeezes, her wrist muscles causing the firing)
Affiliation: Previously, the F.B.I. Now, nobody.
Religious Belief: Agnostic
Sexual Preference: Asexual
Relationship Status: Single (and prefers to stay that way)
Karma: Very Good
Personality: Agent Straton has a very serious persona. She has a very authoritative way of acting, sometimes taking charge of a situation when things have gone wrong. During many moments of chaos, Straton can keep her cool to get the job done. Straton does not display a lot of power emotions before people, often keeping those to herself. But, occasionally, (after much effort on the part of the person speaking with her) she does open up. Every now and then, she does display a personality. For instance, she tends to find it amusing when she surprises someone after approaching them without them noticing.

Elizabeth was born before the Great War, a few years before the Resource War started. Due to the FBI keeping her information on the downlow, not much is known about her background, though according to the woman herself, she comes from the D.C area, and did some work for the government before becoming a Spy. She rose to prominence when she was able to take out mafia bosses and other high organized criminal singlehandedly, successfully infiltrating criminal facilities and taking out the head of the organization without alerting any henchman. She became a special force that the U.S government would call in when they needed someone taken care of, receiving her assignments directly from the Director of the F.B.I himself.. She became something of an enigma between crime organizations, who spoke of the woman with white hair, or "the ghost in the suit".
Though she was a well known individual in the F.B.I, Straton was not without controversies. Within the Bureau itself, some other agents regarded her as creepy, due to her silent nature, and her seemingly constant ability to walk completely silently, adding to the unease. Others found her intimidating, with some not being able to look her in the eyes. In her performance, Straton was also very independent, usually finding her own way to settle her assignments...even if it meant ignoring a direct order. Straton's most influential critic was the Associate Director of the F.B.I, who frequently regarded her as a "delinquent with no sign of discipline or regard for rank and seniority". Indeed, more than once, the Associate Director (a type of man who would be seen more during the Resource Wars, a Patriotic man of undying loyalty and love for the United States), had given Agent Straton a direct order, only for it to go completely ignored, Straton doing things her own way. At one point, this led to the Associate Director removing her from service, taking her badge. For twenty three minutes, Elizabeth Straton was just a normal citizen, until a direct order from the President asked that she be reinstated immediately.
The government planned on using her when war began to brew with China, but she mysteriously vanished and the officials could not find her, suspecting that she had somehow been killed. In truth, Straton, along with another man she had been pursuing, had been abducted by Aliens. She had caught up to her target, engaging him in the parking lot of an abandoned drive-in theater, when a bright light shot from the sky, and surrounded the two of them, rendering them immovable. Soon after, Agent Straton lost consciousness, and when she awoke...she was restrained, and her target was lying on what looked like an operating table...but with gadgets she'd never seen. And the Green Men from the stars, regarded her with their big black eyes The man had been experimented on and killed. Straton, meanwhile, was cryogenically frozen and placed in storage.
After many years, the Aliens began to transfer a batch of frozen humans to another ship. However, during this transfer, the spaceship's thrusters experienced problems and sent the ship crash landing back onto Earth's surface. Straton was one of the two to survive, the other, a young woman, was killed by the wasteland. Now, Special Agent Straton scours the ruined lands she once swore to protect. The woman has found purpose in doing the thing she does best. She has become something of a myth between different towns. Raiders and other Very Evil individuals, who had been tormenting people have suddenly been found, with deep wounds in the back of their necks from a knife.
This leaves many to speculate who is doing these killings, but one thing is always agreed on...the person doing it is a true professional.
