Personality: Sadistic. Wayne is a very, very cruel man who feels no remorse for any other person. He is not a cunning man, but what he lacks in smarts, he makes up in brutal strength and ruthless fire power. Most of the Slavers under him in Atlanta fear him, and many raiders have heard of him. It is mostly because of Wayne that many Raiders in Atlanta leave the Slavers alone. One of Wayne's hobbies is shooting random people, and impaling slaves that he feels were insubordinate (which he arbitrarily changes the definition of constantly) with his machete.

Wayne Larkin was born in Paradise Falls under some circumstances. Not much is known about his birth or his early childhood, but he claims that his parents were slavers and his parent's parents were slavers, and so on. He boasts that his family has enslaved 25% of the slaves that Slavers have ever done after the Great War (naturally this is a statistic that he made up). He grew up in Paradise Falls and was trained to capture slaves, presumably by his parents, and he claims that he "was the best goddamn slaver that shit hole ever saw!".
At some point, Wayne left Paradise Falls, claiming that he had a disagreement with Eulogy Jones. According to Wayne, Jones was pussying out and letting Slaves go. The reality, however, was Wayne was making passes at Jones' sex slaves, and Eulogy had a gang try to kill Larkin, resulting in him having to escape. He evaded them and went southward, leaving the Capital Wasteland for good.
Larkin, in a childish desire to spite Eulogy Jones, decided that he was going to make "his own goddamn Slaver pad", and set out to do just that. He wondered the Wastes until he could find some pockets of Slavers operating down in the southern edge of the East Coast. When he found them, he killed their leaders and made himself in charge, and took their resources (bomb collars, etc). There was some resistance to his sudden invasion and demands of power, but Larkin countered them with a plan (instead of just killing the detractors, which was actually very impressive). He had heard, via the radio, of a city of freedom, a paradise where there were no rules and everyone did what they wanted without any sort of law enforcement. To Wayne, and the Slavers, this meant a city of people ripe for enslaving.
Wayne led his new team to the City of Atlanta, where he found it to be everything he dreamed of. No rules, no law, and full of people to shoot or enslave. He and his team cleared there way into the city and took over Atlanta Underground, and they continue to operate to this day. They enslave everyone they can get, even raiders and cannibals. They are often seem poking around the Luckie-Marietta for surviving members of Atlanta's older, more sane community, and travelers who were unlucky enough to heed Manfred's broadcasts. Wayne is still the leader of the Slavers in Atlanta, and he continues to mow down innocents with his Light Machine Gun.
