Is anyone interested in helping me with a Fallout New Orleans location guide, or whatever it's called? I would do it alone, but I've got a full time job, so my time is kinda limited. I already have a ton of ideas about the local culture, just none of the biological aspect of a nuclear apocalypse hitting the city.

I am down for this. I think we have to be realistic about the massive damage N'awlins will have suffered when the Big One hit. It's a delicate beautiful city and aside from the bomb damage, the flooding would be something fierce. If its restored to near its former glory, whoever did it must have Robert-House like resources. Much like the southern-gent colonel-suited picture you posted  But yeah, I'm down for this. |

I'd be interested in factions, characters and threads based in New Orleans. I already spoke to you briefly about making another LeBeau or LeBeau affiliated character, so yeah.
