Apparel: Before the great war he was often scene in scrubs and a lab coat, after the Great War he began wearing the Merc troublemaker outfit, and a medical bag singed over his shoulder.

Personality: Ever since the end of the Great War Lazlo has Remained in Solitude with only the occasional roaming trader passing by, although he does enjoy the the company of others annd is fairly bitter towards life in general but lives on for the good of others. Often he warns people of medical issues they encounter, Lazlo also prefers the company of non-ghoul Humans he is a self loathing ghoul

Born and raised in Denver CO, before the great war. Lazlo was always considered very smart in medical know-how and skipped many grades ahead as a child after graduating College and surviving med school he went on to travel the world with a disaster relief group (similar to our universes red cross) giving aid to people in need through his medical expertise he was trained through this group to be able to perform medical operations from advanced surgery to broken fingers in less than favorable conditions and with limited or no equipment.

Eventually Lazlo moved back to the states to pursue other interests he moved to a small town outside of D.C. and began to work at a small inner city hospital. In a few short years he Met a woman, Charlotte, one day as he took a trip to Washington D.C., he quickly fell in love with the woman and in a few years they got married and moved in with each other, the years flew by and the two later had children, Bobby and Suzy (typical right?) unbeknownst to Lazlo and his family the great war was upon them 2077 was drawing closer everyday and Lazlo saw the signs of something big happening rising gas prices, Operation anchorage, American troops deployed to china, he knew something big was coming and prepared by purchasing several Firearms most of which he kept at home but one he kept under his desk at work and everyday would take to work and then back home the 10 mm he saw as his only protection against the unpredictable Lazlo became very wealthy working as a highly respected Doctor and purchased a spot for him and his family in a vault near Denver everything seemed like it was going well.

The day finally came October 23 2077 Lazlo was working as usual when he heard the sirens go off he was completely unprepared he grabbed his trusty 10 mm and then rushed outside and found a nearby Pelowsky preservation shelter hastily he climbed in and began attempting to call his beloved family but with no answer he assumed they were okay these were the only thoughts going through his head as the bombs fell he waited a day before opening the door and began to creep out the radiation he was exposed to was almost enough to kill him the Pelowsky chamber wasn't entirely enough to protect him while looking through the wreckage in D.C. he was continuously exposed to more and more harmful radiation within months his skin began to peel away and his skin began to become characterized with an ominous green glow and his hair began to fall out the effects took a tole on him emotionally and physically although he believed the longevity was a gift.

He spent the next (about) 200 years living almost exclusively in solitude in a small one room home outside of D.C. with only the occasional trader passing by Lazlo mostly traded in cigarettes or the offer of medical care for supplies in his trades he acquired an operational ham radio, hunting rifle, plenty of food, medical supplies, and lots of drugs and cigarettes, in his life before the great war he always warned people about the hazards of smoking now he claims “the cancer is what keeps me going” he also claimed he was able to diagnose that he had over 27 different types of cancer.

Lazlo was always interested in listening to the inspirational messages of president Richardson and president Eden over the radio (he even recorded almost every speech Eden gave over the radio).
He believed they were both a godsend and that they were bringing peace to the over-chaotic world he lived in.
But lazlo was misinformed about allot of the enclaves practices, when a group of enclave supporting traveling traders came by his house one day they told him the enclave were re-purposing the oil rig to purify water (rather than release FEV into the water) but the plan was thwarted by the chosen who destroyed the oil rig for chaotic purposes, they told him the chosen one (or as they referred to him “the douchey one”) was working with the brotherhood of steel Lazlo formed a hatred for the Brotherhood and strengthened his belief in the Enclave.
He was also misinformed about the Aqua pura he was told that the Enclave spearheaded the attempts to Purify water through project purity-not being very close to central D.C. He would be unable to hear from many sources-and that the brotherhood of steel wanted to stop the Enclave when they were unable to stop the Enclave they took credit for creating aqua pura.
