On the West coast, the Psjic's and Rat Pack make an uneasy truce against the East.

Meanwhile the East Coast groups of the Commonwealth, Heroes, and Wolves make an uneasy truce of their own.

A storm of East vs. West is brewing, threating to sweep the entire nation into chaos.

Meanwhile Caesar's Legion sits about as dangerous as a newborn puppy, and might get caught in the crossfire.
