The nuisance in South Carolina had been pushed back to the ocean from which they came. The once-beautiful State was a warzone, and Wolves ran rampant through the streets. A broadcast was launched, and the pause their purge long enough to await orders from Florida.

Meanwhile, in Texas, the Wolves stood ready to advance. Howls and Snarls echoed across the lone-star state. The Alpha Wolf, accompanied by an escort of the highest ranking warriors, enter Legion Territory, in a show of neutrality.

The offer was simple. The Wolves proposed a full scale Alliance and Merger with the Legion. The Alpha Wolf points out the similarities in the two faction's goals.

He offers a complete integration of Wolven Warriors into the Legion, agreeing to fly it's flag. But, the flag must be altered to show two wolf silhouettes alongside the Bull. The offer is generous, giving the Legion full control over the military Wolves, their pillaged goods, and their land.
