A little while ago "Jensaarai are seldom seen outside of Miraluka" said the masked defender. "Are you sure this is a wise decision, Keeper?" Agrodobalatzakagolko nodded. "Of course, I'll not be wearing my cortosis armour. I've decided to go with something a little more plain." Agrodobalatzakagolko checked his hilt. It had not been used in quite some time, which was detrimental to his Lightsaber skills. However, his naturally high midichlorian count usually purposed him well with the Force, even if he went long periods of time without using it. After fixing his clothes, his hair, and masking his Force-sensitivity, he set off for the Coruscant system. ~~ Present The Golden Slug Cantina was just the same as it used to be: favourable drinks and even peanuts, visually appealing women, and its fair share of drama. Agrodobalatzakagolko would often zone out and involuntarily eavesdrop on conversations, until a few words spoken about a 'fight club' of sorts sparked his interest. Leaving his jawa juice behind him, he set out in search of this 'fight club'.

Lucas Vega sat down on a mat in his training room, while Marcellus paced back and forth. "They've put you up a division, my son." The large black man stopped and had a drink of water. "This is either going to be very good, or very very bad."
Vega opened his eyes, watching his Marcellus. "Father, I promise you, I will defeat him. Age is but a number, not a measurement of skill. I don't care if he's got 7 years on me." He stood up, walking over to his wardrobe, which housed his fighting attire. He took off the black robes, and set them down. Before dressing himself in the cyan boxers, and his footwraps; then having Marellus put the handwraps on him.
"Half an hour until the fight begins. Make me proud, son." He brought Lucas into a hug. "Remember, you don't have to keep fighting if you don't want to. I'll support any path you take." The large man then let his son go, and began to walk out of the training room. "Don't push yourself too hard." He said.
--
Lucas walked down the catwalk of the arena, looking around at all the people in the small stadium. Not knowing of his connection to the force, he was unable to mask it. The fight quickly began with the 22-year-old man and Lucas. This man was a brawler, very slow, but with devastating hits. Vega used this to his advantage, attacking his opponent with quick strikes to the upper body and head. The entire fight changed when Lucas was caught off guard with a quick jab to the chest, instantly knocking the wind out of him. He hit the ground, looking up at the man. Now or never. He reached out for the man's grounded ankle, hoping to either pull him down, or break it.

The Gardener turned slowly, as any Ithorian did, to look at Temperence with his two big eyes. He was silent for a moment, before giving his companions a bow of the head, as they reached quietly for their guns. He sighed shortly. “It would seem we have no other choice.” Rasped the Gardener in his mother tongue. He had hoped to have gotten into an escape pod with his allies, and rode to safety in the chaos of the explosion, but it seemed he hadn’t a choice but to comply. “Get moving.” He ordered, and the three of them broke into a sprint towards the escape pods.
Jax was grinning like an idiotic schoolboy as he landed in the access tunnels, with his back to Magician and the rest. It’d been a long time since he messed around with the pirates. Not since they threatened to kill a slave in front of him at least. Thanks to the Gardener, whoever that guy was, he could risk it. He could hope right into one of those escape pods and ride it to the nearest planet. He was panting slightly with excitement. “I can’t believe that just happened… Am I… wait what’s that sound?” He asked raising his eyebrow a bit and turning quickly. “That’s uh…” trailing off, Jax stared at the lightsaber and then looked at the Magician. “Jedi…? How…” The grin was gone, replaced with utter confusion. He glanced at the armours of the people who were taking him into their custody, or there about. They looked sort of familiar, but not really. Then again… Jax hadn’t even been through half of his training before he was captured. He shrugged it off temporarily, he was sure they’d inform him who they were later. With nothing else to do, he resigned to following them back to the escape pods. It wasn’t a very long trip, just around down the corridor a little. He could already hear someone cursing loudly. “The Imperials…?” Jax mouthed. Now those guys, he knew who they were. They were bad news, no matter what. He sighed deeply, it would seem he jumped out of one fire and into another… or was in the process of doing so at the very least.
Back in the cockpit, the pirates were busy trying to get past the Gardener’s coding; trying to stop the self-destruct, but it was a losing battle. None of the pirates were equipped to deal with hacking, at least not on the threat of death at least. The captain, knowing his life was in danger, cursed himself. “Alright… the assholes from the other vessel have the pods given their equipment we probably don’t stand a chance… This is what we’re gonna do. Cut the power cables. Shut all the blast shields on the windows. Fuse any door, hatch, anything. Do it quickly.” The pirates got off their stations and began running to and from, pulling out safety equipment and oxygen masks. Some of the pirates began cutting the power cables, and others started to fuse the blast doors together. The plan was to seal the cockpit up, like a tin can (thus making it into a makeshift escape pod), and ride the explosion, and hopefully end up somewhere intact. It was a longshot, a really, really long longshot.

"UMU we're biding our time here, we need to do something if we are going to get out of this...UMU can you fake a self destruct signal?" Huggle's tone was nervous he was unsure of his coming fate
UMU looked over at Huggle in his cockpit, and chimed "Roger, Roger."
The robot smashed some of the keys in the cockpit for a few seconds and then began pulling several levers above him the robot reached under it's seat and ripped out several wires an alarm began going off in the ship.
The robot began to shriek frantically saying "Danger, Danger." The robot paused for a moment and then began to speak once more "Roger, Roger."
Huggles eyes grew to the size of pool balls as the robot began to panic he began to yell "Wait...Is that good or bad? Dammit I knew I shouldn't have bought the cheapest robot I could find in the sleaziest alley way on this side of the galaxy!"
The craft slowly continued it's path towards the flag ship, with a constant alarm ringing in the background.

Dernsorl smiled to himself as the ships and escape pods now slowly drifted towards his Star Destroyer. He had kept his focus off of the Pirate Ship, recognizing that the Mandalorians -probably- had it under control.
He called down to the tractor beam control rooms, speaking in a loud voice over the speakers to the Second Lieutenant there. "Keep them steady Lieutenant, I want them alive."
He switched to the Stormtrooper detachments leader now. "Jaxen, I want you to get your troopers down there to prepare to recieve boarders. -All- your Stormtroopers. I'll have the regulars roll out the welcome carpet for the Mandalorians."
Captain Jaxen listened with a slight nod, "Positive sir, I'll get the boys ready." He then pulled on his distinctive Stormtrooper helmet, waving at his NCO's to give commands. Soon enough, there were stormtroopers all over the bays where the tractorbeamed ships and pods would soon be at.

Val could feel a cold sweat build across his neck and back, his stomach sink, as the Mandalorian announced he didn't buy any of his story. Well, he supposed, that was about as expected. It had been something of a weak lie, but he had hoped it would have been passable enough so as to not warrant further investigation.
On the bright side, having his cover as an escaped hostage more or less blown meant he could focus more on not getting shot by pirates and worry about the Mandos later. He took point almost earnestly, eager to avoid being questioned further, and led onward to the escape pods. The nice thing about taking point while the Mandalorians talked among themselves was that he could work on constructing another lie, or at least ponder the feasibility of doing so. The easiest answer, assuming there was present some reliable method of seeing through lies as quickly as the Mandalorian had previously, would just be to drop his cover and announce he was an active GA Intelligence operative.
But, that option would also be the most likely to get him shot, seeing as he was more or less opposing these Mandalorians on most days. He couldn't exactly dodge them and make a break for the escape pods; he had no method of distracting their attention, no way to keep them from shooting him when he ran.
So maybe the truth was his best option, unfortunate as it may have sounded. But he could give a false name and more or less take care of any issue there. Truthfully, being turned over to the Imperials didn't scare him quite as much as these Mandalorians, the enemy, did. There was something about those helmets that just terrified him.
But as it turned out, he had a little less time to prepare himself than he would have liked. The Mandalorian decided to pin him more or less against the wall while he uttered a stream of profanities and what seemed to be threats, along with another brief mention of a better story.
So Val took a breath, deciding to just dish out the truth no matter where it got him. "I wasn't lying when I said I was GA Intelligence - I've spent the last four or five years doing antipiracy, deep-cover stuff. I was actually working my way into the chain of command here before you so kindly came in. Been here since the war started, give or take."

Tower kept his gun trained on the hallway to the bridge, wondering why the pirates didn't attempt to take back the escape pods. With no other way out, they were likely going to be blown to pieces. He listened absently to the 'prisoners' new excuse, claiming to be a galactic alliance intelligence agent. With a wave of his hand, he made a signal to Livewire while watching Shadow give an affirming nod to one side.
The hacker Mandalorian pulled out a transparent pad and began tapping away on it while alarms beeped across the ship. "Several transmissions picked up from the area, communication between ships, the Gardeners earlier annoucement... Right before our agent showed up there was an encrypted transmission on what appears to be a G-A-G frequency. I'd say he checks out this time Tower, or near enough."
Tower nodded as Magician appeared through the service hallway, just as Temperance led the others through the same direction that the GAG Agent had opened earlier. He didn't even wait until they had reached the pods before he started shouting orders. "Alright, listen up! Shadow and I will be riding with Secret Agent Man, Gardener, an our Mystery Force User for a Meet and greet. Magician, you take the other two, and Temperance. The Imperials are beaming up the escape pods, so when we get there keep your mouth shut 'til the Ghost if Solitude can get us extraction. Unless you want to spend your time with the imperials of course" Tower ended, eyeing the newcomers as everyone flooded into the pods.

Jax uneasily eyed the others around him, knowing they didn’t have much time and so he did as he was told and went into an escape pod with Shadow, Gardner and the rest. Once inside he found his seat in the corner and grimaced a bit. The Imperials were taking them aboard as soon as they got free? It really as another fire. At least the pirates had kept him alive… who knows what the Imperials would do. Throw him to the alliance? Probably.
The Gardener took his seat next to Jax glancing at the force user, whom he’d been aware of since his kidnapping. “Try and surprise your presence if you can, boy. If these guys know what you are, you can bet those Imperials can too. Stick to the darker areas and do not draw attention to yourself,” the Gardener rasped. “If all else fails, we have the Mandalorians… Mandalorians always have plans. At least that’s what I’m told.”
Jax gave a slight nod and an uneasy “right…” and proceeded to make himself as small as physically possible.
The Gardener’s companions, though reluctant at first, gave their leader a slight nod before disappearing into their own escape pod with Magician.

"What are these imperials doing Don't they see the flashing lights going off from the ship! If they continue to pull us in then we'll all be dead. Huggle hit his head against the glass of his cockpit, his eyes gazed over to UMU's cockpit.
The robot was frantically waving its hands around trying to get Huggles attention, when his eyes met the robots, UMU saluted and voiced "Roger, Roger."
Huggle slunk into his chair and frowned, "I don't know what to do anymore."
Huggle looked to some of the glowing buttons in front of him momentarily he considered hitting the ejector seat, and ending it...or at least just ejecting UMU so he wouldn't have to deal with the malfunctioning robot.

The Stormtroopers hurried down the hallways of the ship, taking up positions where the escape pods would land. No blasters were directly pointed at the pods, the Captain having realized that -starting- a fight with Mandalorians would not be the wisest life decision he's ever made. But the implication was clear. The passengers of said life-pods were now in Imperial Jurisdiction, regardless of the space zone they were in. When the pods opened, each would be greeted by an Imperial Sergeant who droned on in some form or variation of another.
"You are now aboard an Imperial vessel. All Non-Mandalorians are to hand over their weapons to Imperial authorities immediately by order of the Captain. You Mandalorians are requested at the bridge."
The Sergeants would then begin confiscating weapons from the slaves (if there were any), and from any one who didn't look like they were a Mandalorian. Tower would be approached by one Sergeant, who didn't exactly salute but lowered his blaster at least. "If you require a guide to the bridge, I've been ordered to escort you there."
Three stormtroopers advanced on the smugglers ship that had been captured. These ones had their blasters raised and at the ready, one of them calling in to the Captain; "Come on out with your hands up, or we will breach your ships hatch and seize you!" Depending on what the smuggler did, they'd either pat him down and disarm him when he came out and shock his droid, or storm in and do the same thing. They'd attempt to haul him out and drag him to the bridge if the latter was true.
On the bridge, Captain Dernsorl was waiting. His gloved hands were clasped behind his crisp uniform back. His rank code displayed on his chest in typical Imperial fashion. Once everyone arrived, he'd nod once. "Sergeant, you are dismissed. Welcome aboard the Agitator." He held out his arms slightly, as if welcoming them aboard. He had a quick smile that came up now, but his eyes had the typical no nonsense look to them. "Firstly, I would like to apologize to you Mandalorians for this...inconvenience. As a show of faith, you have been allowed to retain your blasters. Consider it an apology gift for almost blowing you and your ship out of space. As for -you-" He rounded on the smuggler they had seized, "My men are searching your ship now. If we find any illegal substances, I'm going to drag you down to the cell and extract every bit of information from you I can." He grinned, revealing his teeth now. "It won't hurt a bit, I assure you."

Val uneasily eyed the Mandalorians as they all piled into the escape pod, seeking to escape an imminently self-destructing ship. He was careful not to make any moves towards his blasters, though, and in fact pondered setting them on the floor - but decided not to in light of the fact that such an action could also be easily misinterpreted. In light of the fact that they hadn't tried to kill him, and especially given that Val was outnumbered by a bunch of fellows in armor that his blaster might not even penetrate, there was no point attempting to start an altercation.
He did, however, relax slightly and let the tension in his shoulders ease up a bit. The danger of being shot by hostile pirates was mostly passed now; all Val had to worry about was appeasing the Mandalorians long enough to get away from them. Which was easier said than done, certainly, especially if this 'meet-and-greet' the lead Mandalorian had mentioned involved any form of interrogation in an escape pod.
"Meet-and-greet, huh?" Val asked once the pod had launched, thinking to introduce himself. "Fileran Zykov," he offered; the pseudonym had become second nature to him over the last few months, and he was hoping he could beat the lie detector or Jedi or whatever it was by using it. Didn't make sense to just hand out his true name, in case these Mandos decided to come look him up later or whatever. "You already know why I was here."
Fortunately enough, the trip from exploding pirate corvette to Imperial capital ship was a relatively short one. It wasn't long before the pod opened to the sight of numerous stormtroopers with blasters pointed in the general direction of the escape pods; perhaps they'd been ordered to not present an immediate threat to avoid a fight. Smart move by the ship's captain - who knew what these guys were capable of.
He handed his more obvious weapons over to the Imperials without a fight, either way: carbine, blaster pistol, the holdout pistol in his boot, and vibroblade. The bracers, he left on and didn't say a word about; to be perfectly honest he wasn't even sure if he knew how to get the things off his arms given that they'd been more or less sealed onto his forearms. But Val understood the procedure here well enough, realized he'd probably get his gear back once things were cleared up.

The Mandalorians piled into their respective escape pods, and Tower entered last sealing the door and setting the escape pod to launch. The pod had barely left the ship before there was an unsettling lurch, and he watched the three men with interest while the Gardener whispered advice to the rogue force wielder and the GAG Agent introduced himself. Tower knew that the Syndicate would want to speak with the three, and he didn't need orders to tell him they'd want the other two in Magicians pod as well. They were always on the lookout for force wielders and top mercenaries like the Gardener, and getting on the GAG's good size was high on their priority list.
"Well met. Gardener. Fileran...." His menacing helmet looked towards the force user, and he sighed. "Well. As you may have heard, I am Tower, and this is Shadow." He looked towards the agent then, leaning forwards. "Don't bother asking, he's not a Jedi. Not am I, clearly, he continued, tapping the lightsaber on his belt.
"As it stands, Gardener, I am afraid my superiors will want to speak with you and your friends. I believe try may have already tried to contact you at some point? Still. Most likely, the Captain will attempt to bargain for you, so have no fear of staying on the ship for too long. I expect some form of deal will be worked out in short order."
It wasn't long after that the escape pods open, the 'prisoners' surrendered their weaponry, and they group was led towards the bridge. Tower wondered where the smuggler had come from, but he didn't expect things would go very well for the poor man.
"It won't hurt a bit, I assure you."
Tower early laughed at the lie, but the unease in the room was palpable until the sergeant returned with a site for sore eyes.
"Sorry sir. The Mandalorians sent someone to talk with you and retrieve their men-"
"Of course they did-" the man named Emperor started, with his helmet tucked under one arm. His face had a scar on the left cheek, which ran up to his eye wear it was hidden by a black eyepatch. The mans skin was dark, and his head was shaven. His one good eye made it look like he might've seen too many battles. The Sergeant frowned, then retreated back away where he had come from while Emperor approached. "-As if they wouldn't after you nearly blew our ship out of the sky. "
"Now then, Captain, if you don't mind, I'd like to be taking my men here and my new recruits-" Emperor motioned to the Gardener, Force user, and the two others,"- back to my ship so we can get back to the job the GAG has us on. And I'm sure Agent Zykov would like a ride as well, since we're headed to a station anyway." There didn't seem to e very much question, and Tower hoped his boss wasn't being to forward. Then again, Mandalorians had never been famous for their negotiating skills.
"Unless of course, you need us for something?" It also didn't seem much like a question, and Emperor was already motioning for the lot of them to move, seeming to assume that his will wouldn't be questioned. The Mandalorian had obviously been up to something, figuring out who Fileran was, approving the recruitment of otherwise unproven individuals. Something was off here, and there was definitely something Emperor was leaving unsaid. If Tower didn't know better, he might even think that his boss actually looked like he was in a hurry, which didn't make any sense at all.

The slaves, had found themselves in an unfortunate position, after being granted their freedom by the Gardener, they were thrown into the hands of the Imperial Remants, which probably thought less of them, than the pirates did. Begrudgingly they opted for survival in this particular case, a lesson the Gardener had taught them well. They needed to survive at any cost, even at the expense of dignity, and so they handed in their weapons, followed orders without question.
Jax, though he hadn’t said his name, gave a nod to Val. He looked over at the Gardener for some advice, but the Ithorian just shook his head. Jax gave a sort of nod and settled down listening to Tower. The lightsaber… he hadn’t seen any since the attack. An image of his own, flashed in his mind. It lingered there for a time, before fading. It’d been a very long time since he’d seen it. A feeling of shame filled the gap left by the lightsaber, and he fumbled with his hands.
The Gardener coughed. “They might’ve at some point. I get a few requests every now and then. That isn’t to say I’ve ignored it, it is just on my to do list.” Ever polite, the Gardener gave a sort of respectful bow of the head. He then glanced a bit at Jax, and then back to Tower. “Of course, so let us wait to continue talking until we are free of the former masters of the universe,” he stated calmly, “They could perhaps be listening to our every word.”
As the group waltzed out of the escape pod, and were ordered to surrender their weapons, it was revealed that neither Jax, nor the Gardener had any weapons on them at all. Jax, though he was a force wielder, was pretty helpess in this situation, but the Gardener on the other hand… now he probably didn’t need weapons if he got into the right situation. For now however, he would be peaceful.
Jax glanced a bit at the sergeant, though he focused a bit on the weapon and grimaced slightly. At least it was down, he thought. He then looked at the Gardener, whom had lessened his outline, making him look weak, and humble, like the average Ithorian. He averted his eyes and kept quiet, allowing the Mandalorians to do all the talking, though he and the Gardener did blink over to the smuggler’s ship. The Gardener looked annoyed for a split second, before glancing away, and to the ground.
The Gardener looked up a bit, when he noticed the Emperor, whoever he was, practically barking orders at the captain and the other remnants. He’d almost chuckled, had it not been for the act he put on.
However, Jax sort of pulled a smirk. He tried not to, but he couldn’t help it. No matter how this particular scene went, he knew the captain would have a hard time sending in the report to his superiors about it. Either way, he, the Gardener and his two friends, stuck close to Tower and his group of Mandalorians, if they followed the Emperor’s orders, so did they.

Huggle's finger circled the eject button, he was unsure what his plan would be, would he be better off in galactic prison or dead? His mind raced with pros and cons, he looked over into UMU's cockpit who continued to wave his hands around and spit out "Roger, Roger!" in a tone as cheery as a robot could emit, huggle looked forward and noticed his ship was nearing the star destroyer quickly...he would have to make his decision fast.
Huggle smashed his head on the dash of his ship, and spoke with his head down. "How the hell have these Imperials not noticed the blinding red lights, perhaps they'll notice once i'm aboard there ship and they can here the sirens blare in their ears."
Huggle stared back down at the button, he rested his finger on it thinking 'Maybe it's time...maybe I don't deserve to continue existing...'
Violently Huggles ship lurched into the bay of the imperials and and struck the ground harshly, accidentally, Huggle slipped forward jamming his finger into the ejector button, he was quickly thrusted upwards with his chair, he had forgotten to fasten his seat-belt that morning and separated with his chair, thankfully the ejector had never worked at full potential - although Huggle had been meaning to fix it - it only managed to launch him several meters above the cockpit, Huggle was up into the air, and crashed back down within a matter of seconds, as he plotted face first to the ground his chair slowly made its decent to the floor assisted by a parachute.
UMU, however, climbed out of the cockpit, Saluted, and then said "Roger, Roger!"

And I'm sure Agent Zykov would like a ride as well, since we're headed to a station anyway." ]
"Unless of course, you need us for something?"
The Captains smile faded, and suddenly every blaster in the bridge was pointed at the group of Mandalorians. Even the ensigns at the consoles, surprisingly enough, had blaster pistols out and aimed. "I'm not sure who you are Mandalorian, and while I admire your forwardness and sense of impatience, you are a guest on my ship. These men are guests on my ship. If I say the word, I will blow your ship out of orbit. You are onboard an Imperial Vessel now, and despite who you are, subject to Imperial law. I'm sure you're all familiar with what -that- means." The sheer -amount- of blasters aimed at the group would be fairly intimidating. It probably didn't help that behind them, they'd hear the Stormtroopers squads more powerful blasters aimed as well.
Dernsorl paused, examining his glove before snapping it back. "I believe I have just the idea of what I 'require' you for. Now, I can order my men to lower their blasters, and we can try this again in a much more civil manner that doesn't involve me destroying my own ship to kill all of you...." His lips twitched into that smile again. That smile that never reached the cool and calculating eyes of his. "Or we can all fight, and most likely end up killing each other. And a dead Mandalorian cannot collect payment or raise his children to be...how do you say it? Mando'ad? Mando'ade?" Though he almost appeared to be asking about the word, he said it with surprisingly correct pronunciation.
His hands clasped behind his back in the stance they had found him in, and his head tilted to the side. "So what will it be Mandalorian? Do we die today? Or do we try being a bit more... /civil/ while under my somewhat metaphorical roof?" Perhaps the onlookers would be amazed to see the sheer lack of a bluff in the mans eyes and face. Agent Zykov, a man who had no doubt worked in situations that called for being able to recognize a bluff or a lie would certainly feel much dless comfortable by what he saw. The Captain had not even reached for his own blaster, despite probably being well aware that he'd be one of the first to go if a fight broke out. ---- Meanwhile, down below, Stormtroopers had begun to converge on the smugglers ship, blasters raised. Almost immediately, a trooper moved to secure Huggles first. "Get up you scum!" The man growled, blaster aimed at Huggles face. The other three troopers all moved over as well, one reaching over to zap the droid with a (whatever that hings called that gets them to be quiet). The other two would start to cuff the smuggler himself, if the man didn't resist. If the man did resist, or smarted off in anyway, it'd earn him a backhand from a Stormtrooper...unless he had an extremely quick head.
