SPARTAN Allenson seems to show a respect for Alien lifeforms that matches her, admirable, respect for her fellow Man. This could possibly be due to her self-declared Pantheism, her belief that everything in the Universe is an extension of a divine being or has some semblance of divinity. While that is all well and good it is unclear how she would respond under wartime orders that could endanger not only Human or Alien combatants, but the civilians of all these species. I have been assured by past reports that this situation shouldn't affect her operation under orders as she is incredibly focused at completing any objectives granted to her.

SPARTAN Allenson appears to work well in groups, something that is often lacking in SPARTANs these days I've noticed. She seems mentally stable and quite friendly in social situations, even with non-military personnel and (remarkably) with Alien lifeforms.

Her association with Aliens tends to border on the unusual, if not obsessive. She appears to hold Sangheili (and to an extent Unggoy) culture in high regard, almost as high as her own. This is highly unusual for UNSC personnel (who know full well the extent of Alien threat on Humanity). I would recommend not fielding SPARTAN Allenson on missions that would place her in combat against an Alien force."

Lucy Allenson was born to one Prof. Hugh Allenson and Lieutenant Commander Avigail Segal. The two had met at a conference on introducing reverse engineered xenotechnology into the structure and weaponry of UNSC vessels. While this has been happening for years, ever since the first Infinity-class vessel, the UNSC Infinity, was constructed using captured Covenant and Forerunner tech. A catching of eyes and a series of dinner-dates led to the coupling of the two unlikely individuals, an agnostic man that was fascinated by the technology of other species and an Israeli Jewish woman that had built an extensive career on destroying them. From their marriage was born Lucy, the only child the two managed to conceive (despite governmental pressure to have larger families).

She was born, and raised, on the Jovian moon of Ganymede. Her mother had been granted a couple of years leave, not only due to her recent pregnancy but as a reward for her exceptional service. Once that leave had ended, her mother placed as the commander of a Marathon-class Cruiser. Her father tried his hardest to raise her on his own, but a hectic research timetable and the need to travel around the galaxy extensively meant that Lucy was largely raised by a series of nannies. As she grew, Lucy was infatuated by what her father taught her of the other species in the galaxy and their relations with Humanity. From this she learnt of the SPARTANs and their success combating these other species.

She loved these stories, so much that she voluntarily signed up to a pre-training military camp at the age of eight. Here she learnt the military life alongside her regular education. She took well to it, surprisingly, and volunteered herself to the SPARTAN program when she was ten. She was taken to Earth, to be trained in a Naval Special Warfare Command base in Israel. The heat was, initially, unbearable for the young girl who had grew up on the pleasantly terraformed surface of Ganymede. But eventually she grew used to it and spent the next nine years of her life training extensively and learning at this location. Throughout these years she underwent the augmentation process of the SPARTAN-V program, without any problems (although she would describe it as mind-numbingly painful).

Upon graduation as a full SPARTAN-V, she was placed on an experimental exchange program with young Sangheili warriors. Her superiors claimed her father's prominent role in the UNSCs efforts to reverse-engineer Xenotechnology, and Lucy's own belief about the positive relations between Sangheili and Humans, was enough to qualify her for this training course. She was taken to Sanghelios itself aboard a Sangheili vessel with three hundred other SPARTAN-Vs. There she went through extensive training alongside young Sangheili warriors, learning the use of Concordat weaponry, vehicles and combat styles. She became quite proficient with energy swords, ghosts and plasma weaponry although she struggled to grasp the most advanced techniques of piloting the Locusts. After three years of this mixed Sangheili-SPARTAN training she graduated, the Sangheili Master that had been tutoring her granting her ownership of the Type-55 Directed Energy Rifle/Advanced that she maintains to this date.

Her first deployment was on board a small UNSC Frigate sent to reinforce a Concordat world under assault by Sangheili Insurrectionist forces. She worked in her element, with Sangheili tech and with Sangheili brothers, many of her fellow combatants she had been in training with not many months before. In her first combat engagement against the Insurrectionist forces she experienced the death of comrades before and found herself growing attached to the Sangheili she was aiding. In one fateful mission, her objective to retake a Sangheili town on the outskirts of a major settlement, Lucy found herself against stronger odds than she had ever faced before.

The Concordat believed the Insurrectionists to be backed by outside sources, it would've explained the incredible firepower they had been fielding in recent times. Upon touchdown the group of Sangheili and SPARTANs she was with met with intense resistance, half their numbers had been lost before they even reached their objective. At the center of the town they discovered where the Insurrectionists were getting their equipment from, Jiralhanae were supplying the Insurrectionists with heavy armour and heavy weapons. The group found themselves beset on all sides by heavily armed Insurrectionist and Jiralhanae forces in the center of the town and it was simply a matter of waiting for reinforcements to arrive. Wraiths, Locusts and Liches seemed intent on keeping their secret deal just that and by the time reinforcements arrived few of the SPARTANs and Concordat forces were left standing. Lucy wasn't one of them, she had taken several damaging plasma shots to her stomach and a scathing blast from a Fuel Rod Cannon had completely shattered the bones in her left leg.

The Sangheili rushed the wounded back to a medical center, where Sangheili and Human doctors worked to bring Lucy back to fighting standards. While her bones would heal, very quickly, her knee was shattered beyond natural repair. The Sangheili suggested a solution and an artificial knee was installed, incredibly sophisticated technology that would not only take the majority of her life to degrade but would be able to support the massive bulk that was a SPARTAN even better than a natural knee could. It seemed like Lucy had a lot to thank the Concordat for that day.

Three Years later, Lucy isn't green around the ears anymore. She's found a place for herself amongst the UNSC as a hard-working career SPARTAN. She quickly rose through the ranks to her current position for her diligence and combat experience. She also went through a period of theological change. Previously she held onto her mother's Judaic beliefs, but upon discovering the extent of the universe that she lived in and the variation of the alien lifeforms she encountered. . . Lucy became a Pantheist Jew, believing that God isn't a personal thing, but instead God is the Universe. God is everything, God is her, God is the Sangheili, God is the seeds that grow in the soil. Now she finds herself reinforcing a small backwater planet called Redoubt. . . Just who did she piss off to get this job.
