Personality: Generally quiet and observant, not particularly polite sometimes, possessed of a quick and sharp tongue and a quicker and sharper blade, not particularly inclined towards negative feelings for any race but not terribly inclined towards positive feelings for any race either, generally a strong dislike of people he considers incompetent. He has a healthy desire to prove himself and is quite keen on having his name quietly whispered as, someday, being the greatest Assassin in history. He is not above looting the persons and homes of his targets.



Dar'raja was born in the only litter that his parents ever had. At a very early age he took to launching what were, occasionally, violent sneak attacks on his siblings. Pouncing from unseen places, whether they were above, below, or to the side Dar'raja would terrorize the sibling he was attacking until they submitted to him. Whereas some would have seen what the young Khajiit did as bullying his father saw the promise that his son displayed and set about training him in the arts of the Dark Brotherhood.

Almost from the time he could walk Dar'raja was trained by his father, a former relatively high ranking member of the Dark Brotherhood, in the necessary skills that an assassin would need. Included in all that training were lessons and skills on things like picking locks, breaking and entering, knife fighting, throwing weapons, the ability to blend into a crowd or to skulk about without being seen, basic use and maintenance of light armors, agility and acrobatics skills, and hand to hand combat.

At the conclusion of his training Dar'raja was presented with the Elvish long knives he carries. The knives are a family heirloom that have been handed down from father to chosen son since around year five hundred of the Second Era. They are ancient and something of a rite of passage for the son that they are presented to, to say nothing of still being perfectly functional despite their age. With the knives in hand it was only a matter of time before he stole his father's shrouded armor and made off in the night to make his own way in the world and establish his own legend and legacy as the finest assassin that has ever walked the land, and to do so independently from the Dark Brotherhood.
